Really quick service. We had 2 wasp nests which we discovered during some garden work last week - ouch!!

Our operative, Mark Knight arrived early Monday morning, very friendly and efficient and explained how it all worked. Goodbye nasty wasps!! Definitely recommend and will use again.

I called NBC about a rat's in our garage, they managed to send a technician called Pat Adams out the next morning. When he arrived he was very professional and discreet. He sorted out a rodent issue in our garage and I've not had a problem since. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great, Professional, Friendly Service from Andrew to deal with wasps nest

NBC Environment were appointed as sub-contractors by my insurance company to treat a wasp nest. They phoned and arrived as promised and James H. provided an excellent service and dealt with the problem with speed and efficiency, with young children and someone allergic to wasp stings this help was greatly appreciated.

I just want to say I was impressed with Anthony who arrived to deal with our wasp nest..he firstly took into account our fish pond and pointed out that he wouldn't treat the nest if the wind could blow any of the treatment powder towards it..as it might be detrimental to fish...nice to see somebody that's prepared to consider it as opposed to just get the job done....

Paul Tuckwell from NBC Environment came to deal with a wasp nest in the garage roof! From start to finish dealing with this company was an absolute breeze! Although they couldn't attend immediately, Paul was able to call me and put my mind at rest until he could get to me 48 hrs later. He was very courteous and efficient, sorted out the wasps in no time and on his way. He even washed down the residue that got onto my block pavers before leaving.

Mark Knight from NBC Environment attended my home after we found a wasp nest in the shed. He arrived early and dealt with the nest in a very professional manner. He went above and beyond to share his knowledge on wasps and showed us the various parts of the nest! We've kept a little piece back to show my 3 year old when she returns from pre-school - it was fascinating to hear him speak. Brilliant, responsive company and clearly great staff! Thanks!

NBC Environment came out to me to deal with a wasp nest in the attic great guy named Dion McCaffer dealt with the problem in no time at all and said they'd be dead in 48 hours but best give it a week so I did just that and despite a couple of wasps hanging on for life had no problem removing the nest and disposing of it. Highly recommended.

NBC support us at South Shields Interchange trying to deter vermin etc. Ian Willis and Declan Gibbons have been fantastic through out. They not only bring an excellent service but also fill you with knowledge about their purpose and methods. Their personal touch to this service is brilliant and to the customer and user of the interchange they bring excellent customer service to their roll and are willing to speak to others about the methods that they use. An excellent couple of guys who bring credit to their organisation.

Had a problem with a wasps nest above my sons bedroom window. NBC sent Dion Mccaffer within 24 hrs he was very friendly and explained what he was going to be doing. Very good service and no signs of wasps so all good. Would definitely recommend.

I just wanted to say how friendly and informative a member of your staff was today at the North Tyneside Recycling Centre where he was with his 3 birds of prey. He explained a bit about them and then let me watch him fly one. Very polite and courteous . I had not seen this being done before and think its a great way to deter the gulls. His name is Ian Willis.

I was at South Shields Interchange and met one of your technicians Ian Willis with his team of birds. He took time out of his busy day to explain what he was doing and what birds he had with him. Having watched the birds flying and seeing the affects I would thoroughly recommend this service.

I had Lee Bramley come round & he did a thorough check & explains everything in layman terms so would def recommend him.

Had occasion to call for help as I had signs of a rat in my kitchen and living room John Gallagher texted me to say he would be with me the following morning at 10am
He was punctial and arrived with Craig Ellis Early that morning I had found a dead rat under the sink I was afraid they would think I was wasting their time They could not have been more helpful explaining how they look for access to house They were totally professional and treated me as if I was the only customer they had

Everything was explained and all questions answerd before leaving along with rat

Had the privilege to use nbc environment met there resident falconer paul tuckwell and his team of hawks and falcon we have a colony of nesting gulls on site and the numbers have been drastically reduced a first class service
