I love the revamp of the program. What I enjoy most of it is how relatable the subject matter is not only to understanding how other people operate but more importantly how I operate. I can see myself in so much of what characteristics and traits that Chase talks about. In the NCI Graduate School lesson on Needs, Decisions, Values Error Correction I found myself identifying with one of the descriptions of needs, decisions and values. I am so looking forward to finishing this course and earning my certification that I have purchased NCI-2. I can see how NCI is not only beneficial in a business environment, but probably more important in a personal environment. I love how honest and real Chase is in his training sessions.

Amazing content with the real message - Hugh is the ‘right person at the right time’ to address some of humanity’s most pressing challenges .. thank you so much for the relentless commitment and effort. Make a positive influence one person at the time - don’t try to save the world.

Reading The Ellipsis Manual and going to take more classes. This and the YouTube’s are fantastic. You can feel completely entrenched and learning when using this system.

I learned of Chase via The Behaviour Panel on YouTube. I now listen in regularly to Chase's Friday Night Live sessions and glean thought-provoking new perspectives.
I love deep thinkers, and Chase is obviously well-read, experienced and has spent a lot of time considering and practicing the insights he shares.

The material posted online is very helpful, accessible at any time. Also, I like the weekly sessions where questions can be asked and get clarifications from the NCI experienced staff. I appreciate the reminders; it helps me to not miss important sessions. Love the exercises "test your craft" questions.

I thoroughly enjoy taking your courses. The virtual meetings and Q and A sessions are upbeat and positive. The information we are learning is life changing. Only negative for me is that the site NCI, can be a little challenging to navigate at first.

Very insightful and clearly stated weekly meetings on Fridays with the community led by Chase. Topics that are meaningful and applicable to everyday experiences are shared and the community is there to encourage and support each other to achieve the goals that Chase offers to us.

As an investor, my primary goal is to achieve substantial returns while supporting initiatives that create meaningful impact. NCI University has exceeded my expectations in both regards. The NCI experience with Chase Hughes has been the most eye-opening training I have experienced ever. Not only informative, he gives real life situations that prove his points I recommend his podcasts to anyone interested in showing up completely in all situations. I am a psychotherapist and director working with combat veterans with years of experience. It’s wasn’t until I discovered NCI that I found that there is much I have not learned through formal education, trainings, and supervision. I have seen incredible results in my practice with adding NCI concepts into my work. All therapists should be aware of these trainings.

I recently completed NCI level 1 course that provided an excellent understanding of human behaviors through its various modules. The content helped me identify different aspects of human behaviors and the subtle differences that can reveal much about a person. I highly encourage others to take this course, as it not only aids in personal development by helping you recognize weaknesses and overlooked traits—but it also enhances your overall understanding of human nature.
