Ho ordinato un supporto per garmin varia 715, prodotto di SCARSISSIMA qualità, nel montarlo si Ú spaccata una vite danneggiando irreparabilmente il supporto originale garmin, ho semplicemente stretto la vite ma non si e’ nemmeno fissato bene che si e’ spezzata.
Il servizio clienti rappresento il problema mi ha trattato con sufficienza e come un ragazzini che ha avvitato la sua prima vite, mi hanno risposto che mi rimandavano le viti😅😅😅😅ridicoli!!!! E dove la dovrei infilare??? 🀊🏻‍♂🀊🏻‍♂🀊🏻‍♂🀊🏻‍♂

Polecam tego dostawcę. Uchwyt na radar Garmin pasuje idealnie. Mam juÅŒ dwa takie uchwyty. Jeden uległ uszkodzeniu, po zareklamowaniu, natychmiast uchwyt został wymieniony. Uchwytu uÅŒywam od kwietnia 2025, drugiego od września 2025.

Absolut schlechte Passgenauigkeit es


Absolut schlechte Passgenauigkeit es passen nicht einmal die Schrauben wenn er montiert ist und es bleibt eine LÃŒcke von fast 1 cm. Ein zusammen pressen war nicht möglich selbst mit extremer Kraftaufwendung. Ich gehe davon aus wenn ich den Halter fÃŒr eine Colnago V4rs SattelstÃŒtze wÀhle das diese auch passt aber das hat sie nicht!!!!! Auf der Webseite von Neat Components ist der Halter direkt auf der Querstrebe montiert da passt sie eben nich erst 15 cm höher direkt ÃŒber dem Schiftzug „Colnago“ der dadurch verdeckt wird. Und gehe davon aus das jeder V4rs SattelstÃŒtze gleich ist. Und ihre Antwort ist auch nicht mal Kundenfreundlich sondern soll sagen das ich zu blöd bin. Schlechte Passgenauigkeit und Kundenfreundlichkeit.
Ich werde Paypal beauftragen mein Geld zurÌckzuholen. Wenn ich minus Sterne geben könnte wÌrde ich fÌnf von fÌnf minus geben.

as we have stated in our email to you,
the fitment is meant for 1.8mm race numbers as stated on the site,
you need to press the ends together to ensure the closing of the mount.

Broke after three rides

Just don't buy. A cheap piece that breaks easily. Customer service is full of excuses, instead of doing the easy thing to own their mistakes.

as we have discussed during email,
you have used the product with a racenumber which is much thinner than what the mount is made for (1.8mm which is stated on the product page)
and therefor the product broke.

Great Fit, Great Look

The component for holding the Garmin Varia
Light fit beautifully on my Factor OV’s seat post. Very clean look complementing the frame’s design.

However, it would have been helpful if a small Allen wrench had been provided, as my Park wrench moved too much to work on the small sized deeply recessed closure.

Mount poorly manufactured

Mount poorly manufactured, had to file both ends of the mount to make it fit the post correctly, otherwise it could have been damaged due to flex of the post and the bad fit. Seatpost addict Rc insert mount

Edit:
Your answer regarding my mail was to tighten the bolts and it will fit correctly. There is no difference if the seatpost is installed or not. The product does not fit correctly.

Hello
we never recomend you to file our product, but rather contact us for help instead.

we recomend with the insert mounts that the seatpost is taken out of the frame before mounting because we see some misallignment of the seatpost 2 parts when it have been ridden due to the flex.
therefor we recomend to take the seatpost out and install the mount before reinstalling the seatpost again.

Great products

Great products, good quality and reasonably priced. Good service as well. The only minor point I could make (but maybe that’s the logistics company’s job) was that the Track & trace was not very specific, so the delivery date was a bit of a guess.

falsche beschreibung, falsche lieferung, geld verloren

hÀlt sich nicht an gesetze zum verbraucherschutz und noch weniger an eigene zusagen: sattelstÌtzenhalterung fÌr mein rennrad aus liste gewÀhlt -- passt nicht. antwort neatcomponents: passt ja auch nicht zu garmin. hohn statt kommunikation. retoure? auf eigene kosten! erstattung? trotz retoure keine erstattung, keine antwort. fÌhlt sich offensichtlich durch die landesgrenze vor auslÀndischen kunden geschÌtzt
