Defective product received. Despite proofs / multiple pics sent by email, Neat Components did not want to resolve the issue (either replacing or reimbursing) offering no solutions whatsoever.

First time I have experienced such a castastrophic service. Would not recommend !

Het product oogt zeer mooi en kan perfect bevestigd worden aan de fiets.
Tot hier het positieve nieuws.
Echter is de kwaliteit niet goed. Zo had ik voor al mijn fietsen de seatpost mount for Specialized tarmac SL8 gekocht die zogezegd een Garmin Varia RCT715 kan dragen.
Al bij de tweede rit ging het mis en is de seatpost afgebroken en ben ik dus mijn Garmin Varia (330€) verloren.
Hun geven geen enkele erkenning dat het product niet voldoet willen enkel de gebroken seatpost mount vervangen of terug betalen.

I have at least one product from Neat on each of my bikes. The design and engineering is impeccable. Each fits perfectly, is easy to install and holds up after thousands of miles of use.

The mount for my garmin on my new Cervélo S 5 2026 fits perfect. Also a wonderful service !!!

Not a great experience overall. I bought two radar mounts. Sl8 and MK1 allez sprint. The sl8 fit was fine, but not brilliant. The allez radar mount would simply not fit correctly. The mount had been poorly finished with a visible step not allowing the mount to clamp together correctly. I contacted the seller with clear photos and showed that this defect would not allow it to fit. His response was to dismiss this and simply ignore that I'd pointed to a flaw in the manufacture of this part. This continued over a couple of emails, of which I received a blunt and rude response.

I have since filed this part to remove the defect and now fits correctly. Really not what I'd have expected to do and certainly not the level of customer satisfaction I'd expect.

In hindsight, I should've spent my money elsewhere and I'd recommend others to do so.

Good assist by Mathias, after ordered the wrong item the first time. Great parts, you just need to be extra focused by finding the part that fits your bike.

I recently bought 2 new bikes. A Specialized Tarmac SL8 and a Core Polvere R gravel bike and during my purchase I immediately went online and ordered a Neat-Component Garmin mount for my seat posts. I love the instant stability and cleanness that they provide. For me it’s a must have for my bikes and they definitely work better than O-rings.

Excellent Garmin radar mount. I ride a 2015 Specialized Venge Pro. Used many other mounts that I wasn't really impressed with dealing with the rubber bands, or bulky mounts that just looked horrible. The installation was incredibly easy, the mount is slick and aerodynamic. It holds up extremely well. I have their old style mount and the new upgraded mount. The newer mount is a bit thicker and more robust than the old one... although I didn't have any issues with the old mount.. but wanted the newer version nonetheless. I have a bike group called NPC Racing, and almost ALL of our members have switched to these mounts. I also got an additional mount for the race placards. The fit is tight and spot on! There was no slippage or breaks during any of my rides, and the radar stayed inplace locked in at all times. Have never had an issue. I ride just over 6K miles per year with these mounts and have no complaints. I just wish they would make some aero bar 3D mounts to install lights under my handle bars on either side. *hint *hint...

Purchased a custom fit Varia light mount for my Cervelo P-Series. The mount arrived and the angle was wrong, it either pointed downward or upward. Contacted Mathias and he claimed they couldn’t match all the angles for the different sizes, which means this is just a universal fit mount, but it gets worse. After expressing my displeasure with the unusable mount, he asked if my bike had disc brake (all Cervelo P-Series are disc brake). He stated the newer version with disc brakes were not compatible and it only worked with rim brakes. I explained there was only a disc brake model and he went into the website and edited the title and description to say it was for a Cervelo P (not P-Series) and listed it only fits rim brake models. So at this point, he started to gaslight me stating I purchased the wrong part, ignoring his error. I’ve been refused a refund and will be using other avenues to obtain one. Also, the race number flag holder is poorly designed and doesn’t mount properly. Avoid this scammer!

J'ai vous recommande ce site. Pour ma part, j'ai commandé la pièce comme support pour ma lumière Varia de mon Cube Agréé 2026. Après avoir reçu la pièce dans les délais, celle-ci s'est bien intégrée au tube de selle.

I recently purchased and received a rear light/radar mount for my gravel bike.
My Pinarello Grevil was not a cheap bike nor was the light/radar combo. The light comes with a cheap rubber band type mount. Did not want to use its mounts on my bike.
I ordered a seatpost mount from Neat, specific for my bike. It’s worthy of an expensive bike.
100% would I buy again for any future bikes.

Very fast delivery to the US..!. And one of the most secure mounts I've used on a round sestpost!

Jeg har af 5 omgange bestilt produkter ved Neat-components.com Garmin mount til sadelpind til Pinarello Grevil, Cervelo Caledonia, Specialized Crux, Specialized SL8 og et stk til montering på Selle Italia saddel.

Alle gangene har varerne været spot on, og så har Neat-Components.com som måske de eneste i DK knækket koden til et fantastisk samarbejde med post-nord, som jeg ellers ikke er meget for at rose, men 5 ud af 5 gange har jeg nu haft varen dagen efter den er bestilt, det må man løfte på hatten for!

Tak for nogle fede produkter, og Hurtig levering! :)

I have the Neat seat post mount on my tarmac Sl6 with garmin varia radar.
After 9 months the clamp broke.
I send pictures to them and in the next day i receive information that they send a new one, no questiona asses.
Great service.
