Five stars would be perfection & if I give that they may stop trying in the future...!
However, they arrived when they said they would.
They estimated when they would complete the installation, & then finished on time. They cleared away all their rubbish, & when they left us everything was working well....Oh yes, & they were polite....
So what's not to like...?

Very good service at a competitive price. Professional engineers with expert knowledge and experience. Really helped us out when the boiler broke down with a replacement sourced and installed within days. I would highly recommend

The guys were super polite, and took good care of our house. They did a good job, and were really knowledgable and kept us informed about what they were doing explaining everything really well. They went over and above to leave us in a good state, cleaning up, repairing plaster and even painting the walls and pipe work so you wouldn’t even know they’d been!

Absolutely outstanding service from the entire team at Neater Heat, from quote through to implementation. I am always nervous about finding decent tradespeople so was nervous about having one radiator replaced and another installed from scratch. I needn't have worried - I can't speak highly enough of the quality of Jamie's work, his friendly and professional demeanour and attitude - truly a pleasure to have around and beyond trustworthy and professional. Lee runs a great team and was also super helpful and friendly throughout. I will definitely use them again, thank you.

NEATERHEAT CARRIED OUT AN ANNUAL SERVICE, THE ENGINEER WAS FRIENDLY , PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE.HE SOON SPOTTED THAT THEIR WAS A FAULT WITH THE BOILER AND QUICKLY ARRANGED WITH THE MANUFACTURER TO COME AND REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY.

Called in neater heat as had used previously for a rad change ,
Old boiler was showing fault codes , they did full diagnostics and pcb was issue, cost of replacement was high and boiler was old.
Given all options and costs decided to replace with new glow-worm boiler with 10 year warranty. Now ready for winter.
lads were polite , clean and tidy and went extra mile with options of repair/replacement costs.
Even took my dog for a walk on their lunch break.
Highly recommend
