I had an issue with my boiler. The guys from Neater Heat were quickly able to diagnose the fault and left me with a fully functioning boiler. They were also able to provide me with a full boiler service the next day which was carried out in a professional manner. I would recommend Nester Heat to friends and family.

Called out Neater Heat to fix our broken Worcester Bosch and they managed to squeeze us in which was really appreciated. The engineer was polite and took the time to show and explain exactly what was wrong with our boiler, checking each thing with us and discussing before fixing it, even though it was late! He also advised on our probable boiler life based on what he found, which was really useful. I feel that this is a trustworthy company, with reliable, knowledgable engineers and reasonable prices. We won’t be using anyone else for our heating and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
