Extremely Disappointed with Nebra's Service
I placed an order for a Helium Miner (Order #NB-34964) back in April 2021 and have been waiting for over three years with no resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, Nebra's responses have been vague and unhelpful, offering no clear timeline for delivery or a refund option for the unreasonable delay.
The lack of transparency, empathy, and accountability is shocking. As a customer, I expect better communication and timely resolutions, especially when delays are this extreme.
I cannot recommend Nebra to anyone until they significantly improve their customer service and start prioritizing their long-standing customers.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from Nebra Ltd. based on my terrible experience with their products. Iâve dealt with multiple faulty devices, each causing significant frustration, financial loss, and wasted time.
The devices I purchased failed almost immediately after deployment, despite following all setup and troubleshooting instructions. Even after reflashing the firmware and paying additional fees, the devices remained non-functional.
Their customer service has been incredibly unhelpful, offering nothing more than generic instructions that didnât address the underlying issues. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the problems, Nebraâs support team failed to provide any meaningful assistance or solutions. It felt like they were just trying to push customers through the system without actually resolving anything.
On top of dealing with faulty products, I had to pay extra for assertion fees and even travel costs to retrieve the non-working devices. The financial strain has been immense, and Nebra has shown no accountability for their defective products or the additional expenses incurred.
In conclusion, Nebra Ltd. is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Their products are subpar at best, their customer service is non-existent, and their lack of accountability makes them a company I would never recommend. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

**Absolutely Terrible Experience with Nebra â Never Delivered After 3 Years!**
I am beyond frustrated with Nebra and their complete lack of professionalism and honesty. I ordered two miners from them almost **three years ago**, and to this day, they have **never shipped** the products. Iâve reached out to them at least **five times via email**, and every single time, they responded with the same **empty promises**: âshipping will start in 1-2 months.â
Not once did they follow through on this. Every time, it was the same **lie** over and over again, without any real action or update. Itâs clear that they have no intention of delivering the product and have zero respect for their customers' time or money.
I have been more than patient, but Nebra has proven to be a **dishonest** and **unreliable** company. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from them to stay far away. **Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually delivers.**

Worst support team ever
They will close unresolved tickets at the end of their day shift, and if you ask why the ticket was closed, they will tell you not to harass them.
They sold me a defective unit, and since itâs no longer under warranty, they donât even want to try to help me troubleshoot it.
Please see other reviews online and ask the official Discord of Helium yourself to see what they think of Nebra as a company. Donât just take my word for it.
Anyway, at the time of writing this review, they have a pathetic score on Trustpilot, so I guess my experience is shared by many customers.
The only positive reviews are from the Nebra team themselvesâthis is pathetic.

Like the majority of everyone here they did not deliver what I ordered in a timely manner. Jacqui did not cancel the order and refund me per sale of goods act & The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 part 3, nor did she not authorise return of materials within Online selling or distance selling regulations.
In your position Jacqui you should know better!
If you are in the same position where they are not making any effort to refund or return and fobbing you off. Take legal action. That is how I forced them to refund me.
I am impressed the rating here for Nebra Ltd has dropped from 1.3 to 1.2

3 years since i paid £300 plus for a helium miner. Customer service still refuses to refund me and insists that i just need to be patient for my order. A scam company who are stealing money from people in plain sight without any repercussion.

I purchased 3 miners. One had the Bluetooth issue which was a common issue, far too common, and never resolved. Another updated, paired, and when rebooted it never came on again. No power, no nothing. The final device I have gave onboarding problems. Nebra is to FOS to waste my time on when I already wasted almost a grand. As for support, I had jacqui. She doesn't know ð© but to refer you to online support (no help at all) and repeat things previously said. She's no help and should be fired for being so simple-minded and dumb.
PLEASE READ TO GET A REFUND
Nebra took my order in June 2021. Today is 1st of July 2024 and I have just had a verdict by a JUDGE for these scam artists to give me my money back.
