The nebra came 2 years later and it burn after 2 years, when i talked with them they gave me the information to fix it my self or to send it, but they forgot to mention if i send it i have to pay, dont buy this product its garbage and the service its the worst

They will scam you and steal your money.

I received my miner after 3 years of contacting them and they promised me they would ship it in the next few weeks. after receiving the miner I had an issue with onboarding because they were supposed to pay you 50$ inside the miner to onboard it but they didn't, I waited 9 months for updates but they didn't fix it, then after 9 months they told me if I wanna onboard it you have to pay for us 50$ the onboarding fees and it will not be compensated later if the issue gets fixed.

Even after that I accepted it and paid 50$. Then I had another problem, they promised me that they would give me 6 month free subscription if I paid 50$ to boost my earnings, as compensation. and since then which is 2 months now I have not been able to get the subscription, I have been contacting them for 2 months and following all the steps they told me to do.

Now they told me that we can't help you anymore ( Because they don't know how to fix their issue), if you want you can subscribe to our discord channel or look for a solution on YouTube.

Now my monthly earnings from their miner is 0.08$ per month, which means if you buy their device now which costs 445$, you will need 463 YEARS to just get back your money. TOTAL SCAM

Never buy any product from them if you appreciate your hard-earned money.

I purchased a Nebra HNT Indoor Hotspot Miner on April 16, 2021, and have yet to receive my order. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this with customer support(Jacqui, Head of Operations), I have been repeatedly told that there are no refunds because orders are being shipped, yet I have not received any shipping updates or the product itself. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I urge others to be cautious when ordering from this company as my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Going on 4 years no miners they tell me next quarter asked for refund 2 years ago and they said no. Stay away. Read reviews they are horrible, they will wait for crypto to go up then back down before they do anything they will sell there own to profit on us then leave us broke. They keep telling us different stories one of my friends bought these two weeks before me and had gotten them 2 1/2 years ago. He said they work for a little while then don’t. He said it was a waste of $ and wouldn’t never buy from this company.

I've been waiting for over three years for a miner or a refund. Why they are still allowed to conduct business in the UK is a mystery to me.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. Don’t buy from this company they will take ur money and never ship ur product or provide you with a refund. Scam of a company.

I ordered 2 pcs from them in 2021 April. I didn't get it so far. Please don't trust them. I think all my money just went down on the toilet. 3 years of waiting. Which court should i go? Worst investment ever....

Bought a miner in April of 2021 and still nothing. Kept giving me the runaround on it will ship Q4, then sorry now Q1 of next year etc... Even gave me a "free" upgrade. AKA thanks for your money

Habe im April 2021 eine Bestellung aufgegeben und bis jetzt (April 2024) nicht erhalten.

2021 besteld en nog niks gehad.
Blijven aangeven dat het komend kwartaal verzonden wordt maar zijn grote leugenaars.
Wacht nog steeds op meerdere miners. Loze belofte om misschien terug te betalen omdat het al zo lang
duurt.
Via externe partijen had ik ze binnen een paar maanden maar de fabrikant zelf levert dus niet!

Even more frustrating is the complete silence from their support team, leaving me feeling ignored and cheated. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to label Nebra as a scam company, as they have failed to deliver on their promises and provide basic customer support. Proceed with caution if considering purchasing from them.

Realizé la compra de 2 Nebra Helium Miners a fecha 14/04/2021 y estamos a día de hoy que escribo este comentario a 10/03/2024 , han transcurrido exactamente 2 AÑOS 10 MESES y 25 DÍAS, desde que realizé el pedido, he estado detrás de ellos meses después de realizar el pedido al ver que no llegaba, y así hasta el dia de hoy no he parado de enviarles mensajes, y posponen mes a mes año tras año diciendo que llegará el pedido, y yo siempre les he dicho que no quiero los Mineadores que me devuelvan el dinero, pero se niegan a devolverlo aún amenazándolos con denunciarlos a través de abogados. ESTA EMPRESA ES UNA ESTAFA PIRAMIDAL NO COMPRÉIS NADA!

Rude and condescending support from day one has been my experience. Find another vendor as this is the worst miner company in my opinion..

At first took about a year to send miners out which was horrible and way past predictions and then refused to refund.

Now they are selling miners advertised with onboarding fee paid but its not paid, they will not pay and will not help or fix the onboarding issue. Essentially scamming people selling items that are not what is advertised.

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought a miner almost three years ago and have basically been given the run around since then. Like many others, I tried to contact them for a refund but got the same thing as many others that they weren't giving refunds. Of course, they fed us enough lies that PayPal wouldn't do anything about it and now here we are. A year ago I emailed them about my order and was told it would ship in Q2. I emailed them again as a reply to that email and got the same thing "It will ship Q2". I am not holding my breath. This company is a SCAM.
