Ich nutze als Hobbyfoto-/Videograf mehrere Sachen von Neewer, da das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis meist sehr gut ist. Unterm Strich kann man besser auf deren Webseite bestellen, als bei Amazon, da die dort regelmäßig Rabattaktionen haben. Der Kauf funktioniert gut und bislang kam auch immer alles an. Leider ist die Kommunikation nicht die Beste. Es kommt zwar eine Bestellbestätigung. Leider aber keine Versandinfo. So wartet man und wird gerne mal vom Amazon Lieferanten überrascht, der einem was von Neewer bringt. Die Trackingnummern stehen stehen leider auch nicht immer im Nachgang auf der Bestell-Bestätigungsseite. Hier kann Neewer echt noch ansetzen und sich verbessern.
Sonst bin ich zufrieden.

J'utilise 4 produits de la marque. En 4 ans je connais déjà 2 pannes plus une constatation générale, leurs batteries ont une durabilité qui ne dépasse pas 2 ans. Nouvelle panne cette fois ci avec un produit de moins de 1 an, aprés retour en usine, aucun remboursement ni échange possible. On est face à une marque totalement hors la loi.

I purchased the Neewer RGB1200 panel light, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The light is incredibly bright, packed with features, and the convenience of controlling it through the app is fantastic. However, I ran into a small issue when I tried to switch control to a different phone, and the light wouldn't connect.

I reached out to their customer support through online chat, and I was amazed by their quick response and assistance. They guided me through a series of troubleshooting steps, patiently explained that all I needed to do was remove the RGB1200 from the previous phone's app, and it would connect to the new one. To ensure I understood, they even recorded a short video tutorial.

Best customer service ever! Seriously Mike went above and beyond to help me out. I called because I was just concerned about a dent (probably happened in shipping), and they send me out a whole new one. I asked if I could send the first one back because it still worked, but he said "It's all good, just give it to a friend or enjoy two." What a good guy.

Called customer service for guidance on lighting for my new studio. They asked about the size of the area and helped with info on positioning of the lighting. Friendly to talk to and pleased with the products.

Contacted Neewer recently about a ring light purchased on Amazon. I was a bit worried about getting a reply from the manufacturer after buying from Amazon, but the process was kept simple requiring just some basic order info, a few photos accompanied by my name and address. They were quick to respond on the webchat and I didn't need to bypass some sort of bot before speaking to a live agent. The replacement arrived fairly quickly. I found them an easy company to get hold of and deal with.

I had a question about my Neewer brand flash and called their customer service line. They returned my voicemail very quickly and the person I spoke with asked for my e-mail so they could send me a video that outlined the features which really helped. Customer service like this is very rare these days. I'm impressed!

Fast shipping and good communication. Ordered lights and received them quickly. Had a couple questions and their customer service agent was very helpful explaining what I was doing wrong. Now they work great and I absolutely love them. Will be buying more from them again in the future.

J'ai acheté plusieurs produits Neewer (bâtons d'éclairage, moniteur, clip, bras télescopiques, téléprompteur...) à des prix moins cher que la concurrence et de très bonne qualité. Je ne vois pas pourquoi payer plus, car ça fait vraiment la job. J'ai commande à partir du site: pas de taxes en plus, pas de frais de transport. De plus, il y a des promos d'été. Qu'est-ce que le peuple veut de plus?

Neewer scam does not return money to customers.

I spent 500$ on equipment and never received it. I tried to escalate with Paypal and they gave a tracking number confirmation to prove it was delivered. It was never delivered. Where did my package and money go? I tried to speak to several representatives and they just shut me off every time. Worst experience ever, now i need to order the same products for another 500$. I will find the equivalent from another company, but what a scam

I purchased a tripod through Neewer's webpage.
The order was 'fulfilled' the next day after the payment.
But I didn't receive any update after that.

I've been constantly requesting for updates for more than 2 weeks! But customer service is unable to provide a tracking number or refund.
I do not recommend this page.

I bought a Neewer tripod a couple of years ago which served me well for more than a year, I used it regularly outdoors and sometimes in the most inhospitable of conditions like when I visited Iceland in January 2022. I was always happy with the tripod until I experienced a problem with one of the parts a couple of months ago. I contacted Neewer customer service and even though the tripod was out of warranty they went over and above to resolve my issue. I would, therefore, have absolutely no problem recommending their tripods and their customer support, both are excellent in my experience. Thank you Neewer!

ayant eu un soucis avec leur produit, je leur ai envoyé un message via le tchat disponible sur leur site, ils ont répondu très vite, et ont vite trouver une solution à mon problème.
J'avais un peu peur au début en voyant les commentaire ci dessous mais finalement tout c'est très bien passé, leur services est incroyable.
