Achat d'une TL96 il y a 6mois.
Au bout de 2 chutes de 1m5 la lampe a arrêter de fonctionner, il me restait juste l'écran et les boutons de fonctionnel. Ce n'est pas pris dans la garantie alors qu'ils connaissent la petite résistance du produit. Les solutions proposées soit payer les frais de port jusqu'en Chine, soit acheter un autre produit 2x plus cher.
Après ouverture et réparation c'est la soudure d'un composant qui a cassé.

ich hatte am 11.02.2025 eine Systemblitz bei Neewer bestellt, da dieser aber eingeschränkt funktioniert (vermutlich Softwareproblem). Daraufhin kontaktierte ich per Email die Fa. mit der Bitte bzgl. Rücksendeetikett. Man antwortete mir ich solle ein Video bzgl. des Fehlers übermitteln,???
Beim besten Willen ist das nicht Aufgabe des Kunden,
auch hatte ich keine Rechnung erhalten.
Nach Durchsicht der hp von der Neewer Vertretung in Deutschland ist weder ein Impressum noch eine Adresse vorhanden.
Ich werde dies noch durch meinen Rechtsschutz abklären lassen.
I call a sales rep, ask if my trigger would work for a neewer Q4. They assured me that as long as I have a 2.4 trigger it’ll pair up. Long story short, it doesn’t pair up, I contact company, they tell me of course it doesn’t pair up, someone must’ve told me wrong. So $1200 in flashes later, I need to return them, I contact them, they reach back making sure I really want to return them. I replied I wanted to, I had everything set, packed up, ready to go, they then ghosted me for nearly 2 weeks when then I finally contacted my credit card company. The very next day, I get a call from them because they see a charge back. Then Mike with neewer decides to be the most unprofessional “support” person. He was rude, he assumes entirely way too much, and he quite frankly is in the wrong career field. Through all of this, 1. Mike ruined neewer products for me.
2. Neewer needs to do better.
3. I wasted a lot of time, and money with this company, all at the end of the day for them to say sorry, here’s a 10% off your next order.
4. Don’t ghost people.
5. Mike really sucks.
Neewer is a brand which now seem to be more high end than before. It is probably one with the fastest and most customer oriented support in the camera assesories business. I had some issues with camera stands but it was managed without hassles in the most efficient way. All the cred to them as they are worth talking to when things are not going the right way.
They actually fix things and exceptional support!!
Un mois d'attente, service client quasi injoingnable. Après plusieurs relances ils finissent par répondre prétextant un problème de retour alors que le colis n'a pas été pris en charge par le transporteur. Pas une seule excuse ni geste commercial.
La qualité du produit semble convenable.
I must say that I had some issues with the delivery but the guys from newer were super nice. I did in fact wait a bit longer than usual but they made me an excellent deal and the flash I ordered arrived.
The quality is amazing and it has a lot of functions. The best thing is that the battery holds up pretty well and you can also buy another one so you basically have infinite flash

i placed an order for flash and remotes , they provide no tracking numbers only scan QR code in order to get tracking for my paid order ? I must install unwanted app to get shipping info of my order. I ask customer service for tracking , no response within 24 hours as they claim on their site. will never buy again from them.
Resolved = however, Mr. mike called from neewer and fixed the issue now i can see my orders tracking number without installing shop app ,..... ( i did received my order on timely manner. ) thx.
Leur matériel est un matériel bas de gamme fabriqué en Chine j'ai acheté chez eux et c'est tombé en panne au bout de deux semaines ils envoient des mails mais rien ne se passe fuyez ce site et n'achetez rien chez eux
There are rare exceptions but most Neewer products are cheap knockoffs of the real deal. Be they lighting, support, electronic, or optical products they most often feature poor build quality, flimsy plastic, marginal manufacturing tolerances, & the most marginal outgoing quality they can get out the door. As long as it works at all on first use it's good enough for them. If you depend on your photography equipment working, not just the first time but every time; if you don't want to buy the same product over and over but have kit that's built to last; give Neewer a wide berth.
I purchased a Flash from them which has a defect and I’ll have to return it.
The phone number on the website does not work.
This website cannot provide VAT invoices as they are based outside the UK bear that in mind.
Marque de qualité, particulièrement les produits un peu plus haut de gamme qui sont évidement un peu plus cher mais reste très accessible pour débuter. Le service client est très réactif au moindre soucis !
I have a few of their products and they are all exceptional quality and I think good value for money. I am not a professional photographer they are perfect for my set up which I use almost every day.
I recently needed some customer service and they were absolutely brilliant. So helpful and so easy to communicate with.
I will definitely buy from them directly again.

Excellent lighting! I purchased the Neewer MS60b for filming and it's exactly what I needed. Powerful, easy to use, solid build and most importantly SILENT. There are other (more expensive) equivalents from rival companies, but given that I'm mostly filming and need it to be silent, the Neewer was preferable to other models with noisy fans. The lantern is excellent, soft light and much less intimidating for people than a spotlight or LED panel. Lovely catchlights in the eye. Best film light option in my opinion.

Great customer service. A tripod with a minor construction flaw was replaced immediately and without discussion. Direct and smooth contact with a live helpdesk. Perfect service, many companies can take it as an example!
I purchased a Speedlight through Amazon last June, fired a couple of test shots and put in in the cupboard.
Last week I tried to use it; it did not always fire. Annoying at the time.
I contacted Neewer's customer service team, and after a brief exchange of straightforward emails they kindly arranged a replacement, which arrived two days later.
Stunning service, for which I congratulate them.
I have used the replacement unit extensively over the past two days; I am absolutely delighted with it.

I ordered a tripod which unfortunately got delivered by a terrible courier who just left it in clear view of other people,so of course it went missing, on contacting Neweer they sent a replacement which thankfully arrived safely. Highly recommended.
