Took ages to ship and actually arrive!
Extremely overpriced especially the shipping costs!
And worst of all: The water liners gave me a bad rash and eczema that I had to treat with cortisone!
DON’T BUY FROM THERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!!!

i bought the morbid eyeshadow, and now i have conjunctivitis. and now i have to spend my $1250 aud for optometrist, because one single cheap looking anime style eyeshadow that tiktok has recommended me.

As someone with dark-light skin, there is barely any damn pigment. Took 2 months for my package to arrive, and the pallet is something I could have gotten from AliExpress or Taobao. Just overpriced slop makeup with a cute anime girl on it.

very disappointed with my palette and lip stain. found out she white labels from alibaba and taobao and also sends her hoard of harassing fans to anyone who dares criticize her. do not order!

Bought the Hope and Dreams liquid lip duo and wore it to a concert. The matte dry down black lip was separating immediately, the lipstick was cracking off of my lips, and I had to scrub it off in the concert bathroom to remove it. It also made my lips feel really dry. When I contacted her for a refund, she said I was likely just allergic to the ingredients (I wasn't) and refused me a refund untill I pushed repeatedly.

Overall, it is a good store. I have bought highlighter and lipstick from them. two things i purchased took forever to get to me, but recently it took only over a week to ship which surprised me a lot. Their rainbow highlighter and eyeshadow is much too small and is pricy when it is only 4cm x 4cm. people say they dropship off of AliExpress and yes their lip gloss uses the same heart shape but i think its an original mix to make the gloss. also someone mentioned they don't have ingredients listed. Sure they don't have it on the product itself but if you have eyes you can see she has it listed on the product description. Also, i live in the UK so the shipping was like +20 extra pounds on top of pricy products. I think the seller has a good idea on what people want but the size: expense doesn't add up. also i want to add, i had really good communication with the seller. I did ask for a resend of the lip-gloss as it originally got lost in transit and she got back to me quickly.

Products have mold in them. Some pallets arrive with broken glass. Says they offer refunds on the website but when you contact them they block you and refuse to do refunds, returns or replacements. Took 2 months for items to even ship. There is huge health hazards, not even that but not having an expiration date on her packaging or ingredients is really bad.

A lot of her stuff can be found on alibaba/aliexpress for a fraction of the price. Just look nekoyanin up on reddit for some links. I'm sad for her young audience falling for this.

Umm can u please lower the prices for shipping please I live in Australia but like I can’t afford the shipping and I am sorry but the shipping costs more than the three products hope and dreams black lip stain duo the colour changing blush and the fruit jam lip gloss I am sorry to be a hassle but it’s so expensive thank you

Ordered at 04-24-25 with priority shipping option and nothing happend until today (05-15-25) despide various mails to the customer service. I didn't get a respond.

I bought 3 lip jams from here quite a while ago & I love them. The colours are so pretty & they shipped pretty quick.

Made an order at the end of August 2024, emailed them a few times, never received anything and it's January 2025.

Ordered items for my daughters stocking stuffers on December 7th via the Shop App, upgraded shipping to USPS Priority. 10 days went by, no shipping notification so sent an email on December 17th asking if they planned on ever shipping. The individual who answered stated some blurb about being swamped with orders. That's fine, I'm an understanding person when it comes to delays and backlogs, what I am not understanding of is a complete lack of communication, and the initiative of a business to communicate delays out of fear of cancelled/lost orders. I replied back asking for a guarantee that the items will arrive before Christmas or I will need to cancel my order or, if they refuse to cancel, process a fraud claim via my bank. They replied that the package would definitely be here before Christmas, and their shipping info is posted on their website. That very well could be, but one place it isn't posted is the Shop App. December 18th, the items finally ship, but clearly not via USPS Priority Mail as it's now the 21st and this package is still in Florida. So, this package is clearly not going to get here in time for Christmas, and while this isn't going to ruin Christmas for my daughter, it will keep me from ordering for her, or allowing her to order using her chore/allowance money, anything further from this store. Enjoy it Nekoyanin, your poor service is going to cost you your business.
