We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with our Lip Plumper. While a tingling or warming sensation is expected due to the active ingredients that stimulate circulation for a fuller effect, the level of discomfort you described is certainly not what we want any of our customers to feel.

Everyone’s skin reacts differently, and it sounds like this formula was too intense for you — even without sensitive skin. We genuinely regret that it left such a negative impression and that the results didn’t feel worth it to you.
