I must say Neo Cremations handled my delicate situation with a high decree of professional Integrity and Diligence, from start to finish i was kept upto date frequently with compassion too. The Cost is what I could afford too. The other thing I did notice was evrything is Biodegradeable and also your are give a Tree for life certificate with all the info you need to know about too which I though was marvellous to. I highly Recommend Neo Cremations to all my family and friends and many others too. Well done to Holly who dealt with myself proficently too Thank You.

We lost our friend Syl suddenly and arranging a funeral during a pandemic when family/friends lived far and wide was daunting. I know Syl would have loved the idea of planting a memorial tree and the other eco credentials, however direct cremations were new to me and I wasn't really sure what would happen.

I need not have worried. From when I first spoke to Holly and e-mail messages from Jenn, all my questions were answered and all that needed to be done was completed quickly and efficiently, myself and Syl's sister kept informed at every step.

Her ashes were delivered by Benjamin who took the time to listen as I chatted about my beautiful friend Syl, who had gone. A lovely, personal gesture and very much appreciated.

What a fantastic service! Unfortunately, I lost both my parents within 8 months of each other. I had seen this company, but decided to go for a competitor. When my mother passed away, I decided to choose Neo Cremations, firstly because the competitor had taken so much time and needed a lot of chasing, but also I liked the idea of a memorial tree being planted and also the eco credentials.

I'd spoken to Jenn before when I first heard about the company and she was fantastic, supportive and so efficient. She took on my case. My Mum needed to be collected from a care home quickly. Jenn organised all of this and it was all done in 2 hours! I was then told of each step of the journey and was able to take the time to mourn.

My Mum's ashes were delivered today and Jenn took the time to see how I was and spoke to me about everything.

I have not had to deal with funeral arrangements before and I was anticipating the process to be upsetting and difficult. Neo Cremations were incredibly supportive and behaved impeccably from start to finish even going the extra mile to ensure a specific wish was fulfilled. I’m no eco warrior but it was really uplifting to find a company that supports the reduction of carbon emissions and who delivers more than expected through its service. A caring and professional company that I cannot recommend highly enough.

They were extremely helpful from start to finish. Offered to help out in any way and kept in touch and contacted me regularly to keep me updated and check on me. I dealt with Holly, who was utterly brilliant, kind, considerate and thoughtful. It was a real pleasure to deal with her, and she made a very difficult time that much easier.

i chose neo for my mums cremation because i like their ethics in relation to enviromental issues.
Jen took me through all the details and supported me at every stage. the service was friendly, professional and sympathetic from the first phone call to the ashes being delivered.
i would certainly use neo again should the need occur, and definantly reccommend this company.

The team at Neo Cremations is wonderful - they were able to handle nearly everything for me directly which is especially important when you're grieving. I was able to easily use their services in London while I lived in completely different country, 6 time zones away. They provided numerous updates thoughout the process and were always respectful and made sure I didn't have any additional questions or concerns.

Nobody usually gets much notice of needing to arrange a loved one’s cremation but we may have been in an unusual situation in that my Mum had arranged to donate her body to our local teaching hospital. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, they weren’t accepting donations when we thought the time was coming. We chose Neo initially because things were quick and easy to sort out online but we also liked the idea of a carbon neutral service and the lovely idea that a memorial tree would be planted in Mum’s memory. The guys at Neo were helpful at every stage, providing updates at each stage and taking much of the stress away from an already difficult time. They were respectful at all times and a pleasure to deal with.

Jenn and the team were so amazing, guiding us through what was an already difficult and distressing time with care, compassion and respect. We know our father was looked after with the utmost dignity and will be forever grateful to the Neo team for that.

Despite it being a difficult time for all of us, Jenn, Benjamin, and the team at Neo Cremations were totally supportive and approachable.
They kept us updated and explained every stage of the cremation and process, and certainly helped us through some really important decisions.
The personal delivery of ashes and planting of a tree in remembrance were also lovely gestures.

I would like to thank Jenn, Ben and Holly for taking away a lot of stress during a very difficult time. Everything is done with such compassion, transparency and dignity. I was updated regularly at every part of my Mother's final journey. The tree planting in the Highlands was perfect as it was my Mum's favourite place and new life was planted. We will have our own memorial during better times to Celebrate my Mum's life. You could tell with every phone call or visit how honoured all the team at Neo felt in being part of your loved ones final rest.

Holly and her team were exceptional. My sister died of COVID just after Christmas. They organised the collection of her body, a special blessing and remote cremation, and all the while kept me in touch, and were kind professional and supportive. I recommend them unreservedly in every way.
