Neo cremations were great - they have a straightforward deal, are accommodating and very good on the phone. A really helpful service during a difficult time.

We lost my mum on the 24th May 2021. I had contacted Neo cremations prior to my mum passing to get some information on the service they do. I have never experienced a direct cremation before but this was my mums wish. I had contacted other companies but kept coming back to Neo. From the moment I contacted them they were compassionate, very easy to deal with and I genuinely felt I was in good hands. The day my mum passed Jenn sorted everything for us. What an amazing person she is, this is such a difficult time for anyone and the way Jenn dealt with it bought me comfort. For me it was the little touchs that made this experience so much easier to go through. Guiding me through each part of my mums journey, providing a time of cremation, the planting of a tree in my mums honour to them arranging the delivery of my mums ashes. Claire arrived with my mums ashes and she was beautiful. I seriously can not thank this company enough, from the 2 guys (sorry I can't remember your names) that picked my mum up, Jenn and then Claire, you really are all amazing people. Your sympathy, compassion and your handling of my mum really was special to me. I have told all my friends and family about this company because I believe word of mouth is powerful. There are a few of us that have discussed setting up a plan with you already. Thank you for giving my mum the respect and care she deserved and thank you for dealing with everything so amazingly, it allowed me and my family to grieve knowing how well my mum was being looked after. We are happy with the service as a whole and the support was amazing both by telephone and email. However, I would recommend that when collecting the deceased it would be more dignified ti use trolly if possible and a cover out if respect.

The first time I spoke to Holly at Neo Cremations I knew that I was in safe hands.
I was contacted regularly in a totally understanding manner and eased along until my late Brother was cremated.
Neo via Holly handled everything.
Death is a horrible thing but Neo helped to take away the pain in such a lovely humanitarian way.
I miss my Brother terribly but the wonderful gesture of planting of a tree will mean that he will never be forgotten.

Excellent service and very helpful during the most upsetting and stressfull times. Neo Cremations - Holly - helped me when there were problems registering the death of my very dear friend. I was sent from Pillar to Post but Holly kept me calm and sorted the whole process.

Neo Cremations kept me updated on every stage until the cremation, also checking how we were coping.

A really nice touch is that on the day of cremation a tree was planted in memory and a tree planting certificate was sent on the same day.

The Afterservice is excellent, my friends ashes were delivered in person to me.

I cannot recommend the service enough and will take out direct cremation plans for my husband and myself with them. I know I will be in good hands when my time comes.

I had to travel to the UK to nurse my brother through his terminal illness. On the evening of his death (a Friday), I tried many cremation companies (as this was his wish). Neo Cremations were the only company who answered the phone and I am so glad. They were super helpful, respectful and kept me updated every step of the way. I have to say I felt "minded" after such an ordeal. His ashes were delivered today and I must say Neo Cremations made the whole process as uncomplicated and painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone and I hope they expand into Ireland, I will use them for my own cremation gladly, with the knowledge that my family and I would be well taken care of. After the sudden loss of my husband, mick , our prepaid direct cremation was handled by this wonderful company . Jenn was absolutely brilliant talking me to regularly with each step of mick's journey and nothing was too much trouble explaining and answering all of my questions .
It was an absolute pleasure to meet Ben , when he returned mick safely home to me .
They were both very professional and also very friendly , when I really needed them at this very hard time for me .
ONCE AGAIN , A VERY BIG THANKYOU TO JENN AND BEN ,I would never of got through this difficult time without your support.... you went beyond with your line of care.

Looking back now have realised how shocked I was when speaking to Jenn for first time. I was short, not very talkative and not receptive to anything by way of sympathy. Jenn handled it by remaining the same throughout all procedures, calm, sympathetic , caring and constantly reassured me that help was on side waiting. When Benjamin came to bring my Michael home his care was evident and it helped me unbend so to speak and I felt able to share my grief.
I love the place where Michaels ' tree is now growing , am at peace knowing you both kept help nearby me. I guess that's all we need, folk who go the extra mile when needed. Thank you. Very kind regards from Jean Ivory.

Looked after my daughter with care. Holly took all the pressure off me and sorted the practicalities with efficiency and thoughtfulness. Excellent service from the moment I called then to the delivery of my daughter’s ashes.

I had to arrange a simple funeral for a relative at short notice. The relative had a funeral plan for a more public type of funeral but with COVID and the particular circumstances I felt that a simple funeral would be more appropriate. Neo Cremations were engaged to make the arrangements, which involved a direct cremation. They organised this promptly and efficiently without encouraging expenditure on extras for the basic arrangement. Their staff showed sensitivity, sympathy and kept me informed about the process.
They contacted me before and on the day of the funeral and sent me a certificate of a tree planting as a commemoration of my relative. The ashes were delivered promptly and again with sensitivity. Neo Cremations have contacted me to follow up on how I felt the funeral was carried out.
I would be happy to recommend Neo Cremations to other people.

Neo Cremations was a wonderful find. Even with all the Covid rules and regulations nothing seemed too much to ask of them.
Their genuine concern for my happiness and for the family abroard where the ashes were to go, they took in their stride.
Thank you Neo Cremations for taking such care of me and my brother's last journey from hospital to Eire.

We had a complicated setup. My daughter died following surgery, more than 400 miles away from home. Our family are scattered not only across the UK, but also across the world. We have people from different religions and none, and decided that no 'traditional' funeral could cater for everyone. I started looking into direct cremation as a way that would be equal for all. No matter where in the world anyone was they wouldn't feel excluded (and we were still in rigid Covid19 restrictions on travel which further complicated things).

I happened upon Neo cremations during a web search. Their attention to offsetting the carbon footprint, using renewable energy sources and tree planting would have resonated well with my daughter and just felt right.

From the moment I contacted Neo cremations I felt supported every step of the way. There always seems to be someone there ready to respond to messages on instant chat. I'm sure they are there 24/7 just waiting to help and support. There was no 'one size fits all off the peg' funeral. Neo were prepared to be as flexible and accommodating as we needed.

I was kept informed right through the process, and Neo helped us to plan and present on Zoom a celebration of her life. Ben came and delivered her ashes personally and couldn't have been more kind, sensitive and caring.

It is with no hesitation that I commend this new way of dealing with the death of a loved one. I really believe that having a carbon offset cremation is a way to make the life lost more meaningful and more relevant to our times.
