I know Neo Glaze for a good couple of years now. They are amazing people. They do what they say. Infact if they give a date, they try their best to get the job done before the date given. This shows they plan way ahead and are on top of their game! Looking forward to the next projects with them.

Needed a new conservatory to replace old run down one and cladding under a bedroom window. Vic and colleague worked tirelessly even through bad weather. I am extremely pleased with the results. Everything was finished off to the highest of standards.They cleaned all the mess up after they'd finished and were polite and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. I would definately recommend them to friends and family

Neoglaze have replaced all of my windows, provided and fitted my front door and replaced the facias and guttering to my property. They have done an excellent job, the guys work tirelessly in achieving a perfect finish, I can recommend them to anyone looking for the best service.

Had a issue with bathroom window locking mechanism which effected opening and closing of the window. I had contacted Neo Glaze and they came out and resolved the issue by replacing the mechanism . They also checked the other window handles and advised to use WD40 to ensure they work smoothly and to clean the window runners clean to prevent stiffness in opening and closing. All seems good so far, happy with the service they provided and handled the problem well.

Avoid this place at all costs! The people here think it’s acceptable to vandalize cars instead of handling issues like adults. Someone from this building illegally placed a sticker on my vehicle, which was extremely difficult to remove and caused damage. When confronted, they outright denied it, despite clear evidence. This is criminal damage, and I will be taking further action. If this is how they treat people, I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Shocking behavior and zero accountability
