Tolle Produkte, die auf jeden Fall ihr Geld Wert sind. Perfekte Passformen der Adapterplatte und der Halterung für Neo 7. Unsichtbar nach Montage. Nahezu voller ursprünglicher Funktionsumfang und das über die schon etwas ergraute Fernbedienung. Perfektes Produkt, sehr schnell Lieferung. Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Great quality product (vesa adapter) that fits perfectly with my LG tv and old B&O floor stand (BV 6-26)

I am so happy that I ordered the NEO7 with Vesa plate and cables to connect the new LG TV with my excisting speakers from B&O. During the whole process all my questions were fully answered I had support all the time. A question regarding the connections during the installation was answered during a kind and helpful phonecall. I couldn´t be happier and I totally recommend Neomesteren.

Really good products. Super support on purchase and functionality.

Very friendly and helpful to sell the products. However, too helpful, so that items are sold that one does not ask for at all, because they cannot be used.
To connect a Sony Bravia 9 (2024) 75inch to a soundbar Beolab 7.2, you do not need a system of around €600; this can easily be done for €25.
For this reason, after Neomesteren's approval, the shipment was returned (except for the Vesa plate, which was very good).
Many incorrect reasons were given for not having to repay, despite the shipment being correctly in Neomesteren's hands.
Because all this was so unfair to me and no correct answers were given, I engaged Paypal with the result that Neomesteren had to refund everything, which was also done via Paypal.... this says enough about Neomesteren, I think.
I am not passing judgment on what they sell, but on the way of acting towards a customer and misusing the distance customer (Belgium) and supplier (Denmark).
I would have liked to raise the company's rating, had there not been such a distasteful response back from Neomesteren.
As a businessman, I say ‘Poor Neomesteren’ about this.

CORRECTION of the facts:
Neomesteren had suggested that Beolab 7-2 could be perfectly connected to a Sony Bravia 9 75" with their developed system, which was deemed impossible during installation by Sony service.
With Neomesteren's approval, we were allowed to return it. By chance, a 1.5 mm plastic protector was lost, involving a cable worth approximately €7, but still saleable. Everything else was 100% intact!
No comment was made about the VESA plate and it was paid for correctly.
Taking cheap shots after it has become clear that one was in the wrong undermines any sense of professionalism.

From the very beginning the communication, support and overall guidance has been fantastic.
They advised very clearly what i required to update my Bang & Olufsen system, what they advised i ordered and it arrived well packaged and exactly as promised.
The install was quite straight forward, the instructions on their website were clear and easy to follow.
