Vi er en flok mennesker, som alle har vÊret ansat på B&O eller har udviklet produkter til B&O. I Þjeblikket er vi igang med 3 nye produkter, som kan genskabe glÊden ved mange Êldre B&O produkter. Udviklingen er i gang og det fÞrste produkt blev lanceret ved årsskiftet 2021

UdsÞgt vejledning/service

Har fået udsÞgt vejledning via mail i kÞb af Neo boks, spacer og tiltstop til B&O fjernsyn. Og da der var en fejl i boks blev det omgående afhjulpet ved fremsendelse af ny.

Thank you for your feedback. You have purchased 2 VESA plates. You have chosen to complain via Trustpilot and have never contacted us with a complaint about the products. You ordered the goods as a private person and forgot to fill in company information including VAT information. You then send us an email asking us to prepare it - after we have sent the package to you. You have also received an invoice that has been created manually for you. You will not receive an invoice, as you are not completing your order as a company, but as a private person. Otherwise, you ask to have the item sent to you privately and get one of your companies to pay for it.

The system is top

The system is top. The only thing what we miss ist that we can control the radio with our Beo Link every room without switching on the radio at the basic station. We heard that you are working on it.

Thanks for your feedback. We fully agree with you. We are nearly ready with a software update, so you get the full functionality with your B&O masterlink. The software update can carried out easily via the Internet. You will get a notice, when this is ready.
