Exceptionally good service from start to finish using Nest for the recent sale of our property. From the very first interaction with David, we knew we wanted this level of professionalism selling our property. Combined with the support from the wider team, we found the full process very efficient with tonnes of communication throughout so we knew exactly what was happening. The technology platform they use made for good visibility of the sales progression and we found it easy to manage our viewings. Thank you for all the help. I’d like to say we’ll be back, but fingers crossed we won’t need to move property again and this will be our forever home. But we will always recommend Nest to our friends and family.

Nest and their letting partner Duckletts have helped us this year with the sales of our two houses as well as the short term letting of one of those houses and the purchase of our new house. They were proactive in their sourcing of prospective buyers and tenants, helped coordinate requirements, were flexible in their service and rates were competitive. We would use them again

We have recently purchased a home marketed by Nest Estate Agents. The sale was far from easy and was complicated by a number of factors that required delicate handling. My own estate agents were worse than useless. However, big shout out to Kerry and Sara who went over and above to get this over the line, calling us regularly, even on their days off! They were both amazing and provided a personal touch to the process that was much needed. If you are looking for an estate agent, I would highly recommend them to you.

From Sara walking into our house right through to the completion of the sale we could not fault this company at all. There were issues lower down in the chain and this resulted in delay after delay of completion. All NO fault of Nest, but Kerry was there and sorted things out for us every step of the way. Even Nest could not believe the issues that were happening in the chain. We were getting fed up and felt like withdrawing and staying put, but with Kerrys guidance and understanding, (including dealing with me in floods of tears on the phone), we got there. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I recently contacted the Nest team for advice and guidance to value a property which I let. They knew my circumstances but still devoted their time and expertise in order to help me. Each member of the team were very professional and approachable in their particular role, ending with an indepth conversation with the proprietor.

The team at nest Blaby have just sold my house, they were so helpful and courteous, the whole process was seamless which is something most people are looking for with an agent. they kept me informed regularly and always took my calls. I have recommended 2 friends to use them and they have had similar experiences. Always difficult to find reliable honest agents, so these guys were a pleasure to deal with.

We have just completed a purchase through Nest Estate Agents and found the company to be very efficient, helpful, pro-active and extremely patient. An excellent service.

I'd used Nest for a number of years as a lettings agent. They have been a terrible partner and appalling to work with, unable to return phone calls, getting the rents incorrect and not providing invoices despite multiple requests, the list could go on. The final straw was finding out they had been lying about attending the 6-monthly inspections which they offer as a part of their service, instead requesting the tenants themselves to send pictures which they then provided to me claiming they had taken themselves when visiting the property. Only when I spoke to the tenant did I realise they had never visited the property and lied directly to me about this situation. When I challenged them on this, a number of poor excuses were rolled out before they actually lost their temper and hung up the phone. It's more alarming to note that this poor customer service and these lies came directly from the "Director" Jake Stacey which doesn't suggest to me that it is an isolated incident if the manager of the company sets this sort of example. The entire operation was a shambles, the customer service was appalling and the staff, especially Jake, were completely incompetent and useless. I've dealt with many poor companies and witless individuals in my time but these really are the worst. These are a perfect example of a company being set up and ran by people with NO experience and playing at running a business. Avoid at all costs. Rude, incompetent and useless!
