Thanks to Anna, my dream came true. While working through the agency, I felt that I had no hope of buying my own apartment. We started a mortgage process with Ania and from the beginning she has been so helpful, informative and professional. She clearly listed the documents we needed, so the whole process went smoothly. She kept her eye on the mortgage rates (even late in the evening) and made sure that we were getting the best deal. She was always available when we had any questions. The entire process from making the offer to exchanging contracts took only 3 months!
