Realy helpful and professional.

Both Ellis and Ryan were really helpful and gave personally-tailored advice that really helped me understand and find insurance for my first home purchase. I don't always leave reviews, but I really wanted to rate their great service - thank you!

Great customer service from Richie. He told me everything I needed to know. Also went out of his way to make sure we understood everything. Very polite person easy to talk to, it felt like I’ve know him for years. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I had a fantastic experience with Nest GI purchasing my home insurance. I had calls with both Richie Flack and Ben Brown whose customers service were second to none. Clearly both took pride in providing a good service and professionalism, something that is rarer to see recently so really stands out. Through various calls with countless providers, solicitors, advisors, agents when purchasing my property these guys topped them all. I am more than happy with the insurance I ended up with but the customer service and politeness of Nest GIs staff would be the reason I would 100% recommend to a friend. Nest GI customer service representatives, Richie and Ryan, were a pleasure to deal with, during my recent search for a more competitive home insurance policy.

Both gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable about the policies they were able to offer (as I had reason to speak with both over the period of a week or so) and each was equally patient, considerate and kind, as they very professionally dealt with my anxieties and concerns about moving from my existing insurance provider; a company with whom we had been associated for a great many years.

Of course, at the time of writing, I have no experience of what it might be like to make a claim through Nest GI, however, if the claims staff are even half as efficient, professional and understanding at Richie and Ryan, I have every confidence that (should our family ever need to make a claim in the future - one hopes not, of course!) we feel sure that our claim shall be dealt with in the same competent, professional and understanding manner.

And to Richie and Ryan .. THANK YOU both, once again, for making such a time consuming, stressful and arduous process, considerably more bearable!

Great experience and customer service from Ben.

Ben set up my policy today and he went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble for him!

He explained everything clearly so that Im confident should I need to make a claim that I know it will be paid.

He provided all the documents very promptly so that I could see exactly the level of cover and cost.

I highly recommend Ben and the team at NestGI, I would not go anywhere else!

After speaking to Richie Flack I would have to applaud his professional manner in which he dealt with me. A very friendly individual who made my whole experience top notch.

Really enjoyed the full service from Nest GI and my experience with Richie Flack was fantastic throughout all of the life cycle. Very professional, succinct and assertive, I was able to do want I wanted with no fuzz and quickly. Most of all, the recommendation service really worked and I was able to save significantly when compared to last year. In the end we also had a bit of fun and I really liked that personal touch.

Richie from Nest really did support me all the way through my home insurance purchase. He set up regular phone calls based on my needs to check in on how my property purchase was going, where he made sure to give me advanced notice of plans we could pick in time for completion. Any time I needed to contact him I would send an email and he could be on the phone the same day to discuss the issue. Great service.

Very quick and very efficient at finding me the right insurance when buying my first house

My insurance consultant was away so James stepped in and sorted some cover for me quickly and efficiently.
I already had insurance in place, but decided that it didn't quite meet my needs, so James found another option for me.
He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.
I would use Nest GI again and would definitely recommend James or Ben
