All I can say was that she was helpful, kind and absolutely dealt with my situation perfectly.
It was regarding a bereavement so this was especially helpful to me in these circumstances

Emailing my 25 year old deceased son’s personal email address (after suicide three months ago) chasing a debt is just the sickest thing imaginable for our grieving family - may you (eventually) rot in hell with your appalling business model that places financial gain over any kind of human decency

At a very difficult time the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and supportive guiding me through the process

The staff there are so lovely, they help me every time and take the time to talk me through processes I am unfamiliar with and make sure I am happy with everything. They have made handling my mums affairs after her passing much easier for me. I am never on hold for long and feel well supported by them.
