Amazing quick delivery, exceeding my expectations. I no longer need to spend hours thinking what to get someone physically in store when I can just browse online and have it delivered same day.

Saved us on Father's Day with great product and delivery

We realised on the sunday morning of Father's Day that we hadnt ordered a gift for my father-in-law. We ordered on NetFlorist's site a personalised biltong hamper, at 11am on sunday morning and it was delivered at 5pm on the same time - NetFlorist saved us. That was very impressive (especially on a busy day like fathers Day).

What shocking business…

What shocking business practice…splitting 2 gifts for the same person in 2? Waste of diesel/petrol! Huge footprint, environment be damned! Wasting time waiting for same split order, wine first and perishable flowers whenever, wtf? No contact or tracking of drivers! Maybe out to lunch, who knows! Can’t order without subscribing to inane emails…first and last order! And unsubscribing immediately! Maybe management should take more interest and read the terrible reviews and DO something about it…it’s called constructive criticism!

Delivery promise not fulfilled.

I ordered flowers gor my wife in Somerset West after her hip replacement operation yesterday evening. I was made to understand that the delivery will be today. It is now past 6h00 at night and still nothing delivered. I shoild heve used a different company.

Amazing Service

It is so easy ordering a gift although its for a reciprocate in another province, the ease of shopping knowing your gift is going to be packaged perfectly and care as if you had gifted it yourself, and on time everytime is amazing. You are kept informed every step of the way until delivered. Thank you Netflorist for caring and offering an amazing service.

Logistical service excellent

Logistical service excellent! Communication via email throughout the delivery service and even who signs for the package- 5 stars!

The website can feel a bit clunky at times and occasionally becomes unresponsive. I would appreciate greater flexibility and more customization options. For example, it would be helpful to have the ability to create custom gift baskets or boxes, select individual items, and personalize them with accessories such as ribbons, bows, wrapping, and other finishing touches.

The AI assistant also feels somewhat limited in its current functionality and could benefit from expanded capabilities and more helpful guidance throughout the ordering process.

Top tier products and services

I live abroad with my family, and wanted to keep up personal meaningful gifts for my parents in SA. This was for my mom's birthday.

The scarf and Charlotte Rhys hamper coupled with the Sally Williams honey was the ideal gift. Each item had individual significance and appeal to my mom. They were delivered on time, after I made a late order for same day delivery.

She adored the packaging, floral toned complimentary greeting card and quality of the products.
NetFlorist is quite reputable and I can see that based on both their products and delivery as well as responsiveness to customers, as I reached out to them via WhatsApp after initially not receiving my emailed order confirmation.
The price is worth the effort they put into all they provide.

Shocking service

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from NetFlorist.
I placed an order for a bouquet of Gerberas (my daughters favourite flowers) together with a paid-for congratulations card for delivery on 20 May. Unfortunately, the card never arrived, despite me paying for it as part of the order. This was for her university graduation which sadly I could not attend as I work in the UK.
To make matters worse, the quality of the flowers was unacceptable. Around half of the Gerberas were either wilted on arrival or had petals missing, making the bouquet look tired and poorly presented.
I lodged a complaint on 21 May and was advised that a refund would be processed. However, weeks later I have still not received the refund, nor have I received a genuine apology. Every time I contact the WhatsApp customer service number, I receive the same automated response stating that they are “dealing with the problem.”
At this point, the situation has become beyond ridiculous. The issue is not only the poor quality flowers and missing card, but also the complete lack of customer service and follow-through. Customers should not have to chase a company for weeks to receive a refund that has already been agreed.
I would not recommend NetFlorist based on my experience !!!
