Over 6 weeks and still haven't received


Over 6 weeks and still haven't received item.
No response to my emails.
Only responded when I got onto PayPal and said they would send item.
That was over a week ago.
It was a part for a washing machine so I wasn't able to wash my clothes.
Had to instead buy a new washing machine after a month so even if the part I ordered turns up it's no good as faulty machine has gone to recycling.

Avoid. expensive, slow shipping and no customer service/communication

Avoid. There are plenty of better alternatives.

No communication, long slow delivery (for €6.95), wrong part arrived, cannot contact anyone in there.
Received no reply for 2 weeks now.
The 'chat' on the website isn't real, it just leads to the same form to email them, no replies ever.

Part didn't arrive, company not responding

Ordered 2 parts for my Smeg Fridge Freezer on 3rd January. ONE part arrived on 13th January. Have been trying for nearly 3 days to get a response to both Web chat query and 3 emails. Not even an acknowledgement of correspondences, never mind a solution. Totally unsatisfactory. I reckon it's a scam at this stage. Initiating refund request now. Avoid this company. When something goes wrong, it's a disaster trying to deal with them.
