Michelle Standen kindly helped us with our remortgage process .Michelle is super friendly, helpful, patience and thoroughly went through every aspect of our needs. We’ve used New Homes since 2015, and they’ve always been brilliant. You always get a reminder phone call to renew your mortgage, and life insurance etc. Shah Ali helped us this morning to renew our mortgage - he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient and we were able to ask questions - ensuring we’d chosen the best renewal option for us. Nick Appleton helped us to renew our critical illness cover, and again was really helpful!

We were coming to the end of our 2 year mortgage deal, so contacted Kelly Wither at New Homes Mortgages to see if she could help us out again.
Kelly called promptly at the time we'd arranged and talked us both through what would happen in the phone call. She was very professional, and it was clear she knew her job inside-out. We'd already sent her details of our income, so all that was left to do was go through our outgoings to see what we could comfortably afford. I had prepared this information prior to the phone call, so it was done quite swiftly. Having used New Homes Mortgages for our current deal, we were also able to compare our answers to before which was helpful.
After the affordability checks were done, Kelly went away for 10 minutes to look at what deals were available to us. She called us back and explained what products she'd found and gave us predictions to what may happen in future to help us decide which term would be best for us. There was absolutely no pressure from Kelly to take any particular package, she simply gave us all the information we needed to come to a decision ourselves. As it happened, the mortgage lender we are currently with, had the best deal for us, so that made it extra easy to take on a new deal.
I'd highly recommend New Homes Mortgages for mortgage advice. They are a professional, informative team who don't push anything on to you. They give you everything you need to make an informed decision without any pressure. I'll be using them again when our new deal is up.

I use this company a lot with my mortgages and I have never had a bad experience, they’re very helpful, very knowledgeable and it makes the process easy with no stress! I really rated New Homes when we were moving home last year, unfortunately our sale fell through and we were left needing to remortgage instead.
