We were initially looked after by Mark, who guided us through the early stages, before being handed over to Marina once the application was submitted. Both were outstanding — true experts in their field, professional yet approachable, and brilliant communicators throughout.

Mortgage applications can be stressful, but New Homes Mortgage Helpline took away almost all of that stress. We couldn't recommend them more highly. Hugely grateful to Mark and Marina — quality service from a quality company.

We had a fantastic experience working with the mortgage arrangement team and want to give a special thanks to Ms. Carley and Ms. Michaela.

Carley was our initial contact and was amazing; she went through our files thoroughly to find the package that best matched our requirements, taking the time to explain everything and illustrate our options clearly.

Michaela then kept in touch with us constantly and provided regular updates throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was her high level of professionalism: even right before going on annual leave, Michaela made sure to hand over our case to another team member so we wouldn’t experience any delays.

From start to finish our experience with NHMH has been great. Amazing communication, never had to chase them for anything, everyone we dealt with were really lovely and helpful. I couldn’t recommend new homes mortgage helpline enough, from day one to the day of completion naamah and megan have been superb! They are Very kind and helpful! They was Always checking up with me to see how things were going, if you’re looking at buying a home i would 100% recommend you go with new home’s mortgage helpline.

Big shout out to Josh Berriman at NHMH. As first-time buyers who didn’t really have a clue where to start, Josh was extremely helpful from the beginning. He really worked on what was quite a difficult case for us due to some missed payments and a default, but he still managed to get us a MIP — which was a huge relief and gave us hope moving forward.

Also a big thank you to Martyn Bayntun and Michaela Withers, who managed to secure us a mortgage offer. There was a lot of back and forth between NHMH and the lender, but we got there in the end and we’re really grateful for all the hard work that went into it.

The only thing I would say is that I would have appreciated more regular updates throughout the process — even if there wasn’t actually any news. It can feel quite isolating and stressful not knowing what’s happening. That said, I completely understand they’re managing lots of cases and working very hard behind the scenes. Overall, really thankful for all the support and would definitely recommend NHMH.

The whole experience has been seamless, from our initial discussion with Karen, Lucas with the mortgage offer and Michaela keeping us updated through the next steps, communication has been excellent.

Customer service has ignored my request for months. Upon my mortgage renewal they became coercive for a hard sale to pay for additional unnecessary services.

The whole team that we dealt with for our first mortgage were absolutely amazing especially Zoe and Charlotte that explained and made everything easy to understand. You always hear of how stressful the mortgage process is, but we have felt nothing but support throughout.

The main process started with Lewis Jackson as our advisor, he was brilliant ensuring he put us at ease, talking us through everything and answering any questions we had. He was very professional, but would speak as if you have known each other for years which really helped calm me down as such a worrier.

Once the process had started, we had the lovely Heather Dady supporting us, she was just as brilliant! She was really on it, checking our application progress and updating us throughout, we barely went a couple of days without some form of update which was great! Heather was also very helpful, getting back to us quickly when we needed information, and providing what we needed and more, i felt like she was very approachable and that she was more than happy to help us.

I am truly grateful to have had such people helping us through this, i never thought the process could be this smooth and easy, and Lewis and Heather have proven otherwise.
