Our advisor is Kelly, we still in the process of completing our remortgaging. This is our send time working with New Home and their service has been excellent. She explain everything to us and answered all our questions. When the network is bad she still call back immediately. So far Kelly has been wonderful to us.

We are super happy with the service we’ve received. Everything was efficient and we felt well informed along the way. All of our worries and stresses about the new mortgage and Help to Buy seem like a distant memory now because we felt like we were understood and in good hands with somebody (Louise) who knew all about the process.
