The flowers I ordered for a special occasion didn’t arrive on the date they were requested to be delivered on. Instead they came a week later. Very poor customer service. Nobody has responded to any of my emails regarding this issue. No answer when you phone them, even when you leave a voicemail. Very disappointing service, especially for the price you’re paying. I won’t be a repeat customer nor would I recommend to anyone.

Amazing flowers and service

Little disappointed with the last 2 months deliveries.. seems to be a lot more greenery filling out the bouquet

The stems were cut very short and some flowers were broken on delivery. Delivered upside down despite clear instructions on the box. The bouquet is a little sparse this month compared to previous.

Sadly 2 separate occurrences of the subscription order I bought as a birthday gift for my wife going wrong.
First order was delivered a month early, meaning no birthday surprise. Then sadly the following month (on her birthday) the order was forgotten completely until I sent a message. Got no response or apology to the message about the missing order, just flowers delivered a week late.

I do want to say the flowers were lovely the first month, and OK the second month (possibly do to what was left at short notice after a busy valentines week, totally understandable)

Just received delivery of my first monthly subscription, a lovely Christmas gift. Everything about it was delightful. The packaging was protective, beautiful, and sustainable. The flowers are beautiful, even though they were 'sleeping' and they perked up in no time once given a long cool drink and some food. I will be able to enjoy these for a couple of weeks and then onto the next delivery.
This is a fabulous gift to receive.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was disappointed by this service. I had selected a specified date of delivery for a friend’s birthday however as the delivery was late it missed the date. It was only two days late which isn’t bad but when I contacted customer services on the email provided, the WhatsApp provided and then finally on Instagram I was surprised that I didn’t get a single response. I think even an update with the delay I would have appreciated. I always aim to support local however unfortunately this wasn’t very reliable.

Flowers delivered were not in good condition but 1 star rating is particularly for the service after where there was no reply to emails about it.

I'll be cancelling. Many of the flowers were already wilted - I know it's hot out so I'm not going to assume it's a constant issue but that coupled with the cost when I can get the same for less locally is very disappointing. I'm confined to my home for health issues and was really routing for this subscription to work out so I could stop asking my friend to go out but unfortunately it's just not up to scratch.

The only thing more beautiful than the flowers, is the level of customer service Sharon and the team provide. All round superstars!!!
