The only thing more beautiful than the flowers, is the level of customer service Sharon and the team provide. All round superstars!!!

This is my second time ordering, and once again, Sharon went above and beyond, she even texted me to ask which card I preferred.
My friend was absolutely delighted with the dried flower bouquet.

I ordered a gift voucher on 24th December for my friend. I had to chase and chase and received one email saying it was sent to her but my friend confirmed she has not received it and the email address I had provided was correct. Despite numerous emails and Instagram messages I have not had any further communication. I have received no voucher and no refund. It's the worst customer service I have ever experienced and as it was intended to be a gift, it is extremely disappointing.

Flowers arrived 4 days late and in poor condition. I have sent numerous emails and have had no response. The phone number on the website just goes dead. I would like a refund. Terrible.

Had a fantastic shopping experience with New Moon Blooms. I had a couple of demands regarding delivery time and adding a vase to my order and Amanda went above and beyond and was such a sweet and professional person to deal with! Everything was also looked after promptly and my orders arrived very quickly. I absolutely love my flowers (and vase!) and will definitely be ordering again in the future.
