Easy to deal with, kept

I don’t like that there is no fashion or beauty now. I don’t think I’ll use again.

Easy and very handy

Great and easy way to obtain a loan at 0% linked to a training offer for my granddaughter.
I wouldhave given it 5* if it wasn't for the incessant emails that seemingly give me no way of unsubscribing as they say"This email is a service message from NewDay relating to the administration of your Newpay account".
This is what totally annoys me about modern finance companies as youre held hostage to their pernicious and constant emailing in the hope you'll buy into more of their products!!

Not many shopping places, could do with more. But payment plan is good and monthly. Shame because if there was more shopping places I would of giving 5 stars

Initially I had issues getting the account back up and running? No joy with the app? However a call to Customer Services put all issues in order? First class who ever the Lady was can’t thank her enough for her patience and support? The app now works fine and carries all the information needed to
maintain the account! I buy Gardening and DIY tools and products! So can purchase the more expensive items usually over 6 or 12 months. New Pay is ideal for me personally.
Customer support and service first class! Have dealt with other companies long distance so called customer services? The UK based service is a welcome pleasure to use??

Very easy to open. Good customer service. Security checks added when making first purchase which is valuable as to make sure no one opening the account other than yourself. Easy to use app to track purchases and payments. Overall nice and easy process.

My experience was great with Newpay because I was unable to buy the furniture by cash. Newpay gave me a loan which I managed with minimum stress. I appreciate staff who often advised me to get support if I had financial difficulties. Staff was kind, helpful and supportive.

I found myself purchasing something of greater value last week, & it was definitely best purchased via the finance route. I didn't even consider elsewhere because Newpay had a 0 percent interest payment plan option that was perfect for me.
It will be great to see more companies that accept Newpay added over time, but I like the fact that many are small businesses trying their very best to build up a reputable name. So far, I have had no issues with the companies I've purchased via with my Newpay.

Ever since I bought the furniture, the light only worked the day it was fixed while the people that fixed it was around. I never enjoyed it and as for me I don’t think am interested in buying any furniture from the company again. I called the shop in Peckham even visited for more than two times no one came to fix it and the broken cover. I have to cancel the direct debit as I have finished my payment.

Stuck in a continual authentification loop..
Nobody here seems to care. All the details are right but the customer success staff just hang up on you, don't care and tell you conflicting information - 1 minute it's 'we will cancel your application and wait 1 hour' then it's 'wait 48 hours'. Their system is broken and it's the only option for my worktops so I will be looking for a new supplier. ABSOLUTE BALL ACHE!

Excellent website with very clear instructions to use. Wording very clear and easily understood. Very good customer service, dealing with a complaint well and with understanding. Payment facilities easy to use with options to change date of payment if needed. Communication frequent, clear and easily understood. I would recommend to anyone needing a payment plan, as long as it was affordable for them. Very good all round service. Well done.

I believe it to be subtle way of making people lose their money unknowingly, as with my experience.

little over a year ago, i had bought a treadmill online and tried to cost-spread it over a year with what appeared to be an inexpensive option. As usual, didn't read the fineprint and i believe the default selection on the site goes with "interest repayment and 50£ boost" option.

I kept getting monthly statements which i wont notice as it was something at the back of mind ongoing for a year.
Now when i saw that money is still going out, i checked and realized that i have actually accumulated a debt of around 1000£ with the company (which i immediately paid off).

My understanding from the experience is that this appears to be subtle way of scamming people who don't check their accounts regularly for small transactions, as it didn't come to my notice till i wondered why am still paying for the treadmill.

My take home message:
i should have at least noticed why the monthly amount is not adding up to the maths and intervened earlier.

My action:
Advised the company from whom i bought the treadmill to take not of the fact as customers would lose money in an elaborate scheme which most of us don't care to read about if the outgoing is not significant. Something like Klarna is far less complicated and helpful.

Very easy to use. Easy to keep track with the app. So easy to rack up manageable debt.

Easy to use,just a shame there are not more businesses using it.

I only wanted to do the finance for 415 and it said I couldnt have it.
I get a good wage each month
I wouldnt be using that again to try.
I've had no email to say why I got rejected as it says I would here in 24 hours and that was 4 days ago.
So I am not going to bother again at all

Ease if use.

My previous frequent use of NewPay ceased due to their discontinuation of Zazzi integration. I found their alternative solution inadequate and believe their previous Zazzi integration offered a cost-effective and user-friendly experience for collectors like myself. Despite months of anticipation for its return, I'm compelled to cancel my NewPay account due to its current lack of utility. While I'm disappointed, I anticipate a generic response that fails to address my concerns.
