Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that your migration experience wasn't completely satisfactory.

We understand that you faced some issues with the transfer of your listings and their associated photos, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the category issue, currently GoDaddy does not provide an option to export categories to CSV so when we migrate the products to Shopify, we are unable to migrate the categories. Regarding the issue of missing product photos, we encourage you to submit a ticket to our Helpdesk with more details so that we can assist you further. Our technicians will check and fix it for you as soon as possible.

We want to assure you that we are constantly working to improve our migration service, and we appreciate your feedback which helps us to do so. If you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
