I engaged Next Cart to Migrate my…
I engaged Next Cart to Migrate my Jumpseller to Wix Website and it was a total disaster. The Collections didn't appear on Wix & I was forced to set up my 294 Collections from 7500 Products manually and Next Cart Menu was ineffective - so much so that I had to get A Wix Developer to fix it. Total waste of time & money. Plus, the Tech Man tried to push me over to WooCommerce as it supposedly had a better interface. Never mind about Wix's turnover 2 years ago was above 1 Billion Dollars
If you didn't complete the Jumpseller to wix Migration who is the mystery man (your Foiunder Martin) Working on my site? I have the payment details to claim my refund & to prove it. There are emails that prove what transpired & that Jason didn't have the knowledge to complete the Migration from Jumpseller to Wix. Hundreds of lost images, no Collections - one great mess. Your Founder, Martin, is pretending he doesn't know how to fix it yet he was the one who developed the Menu in the first place. You collect take money fron people and play games with them. Martin is playing the WooCommerce game all the time almost as if he owns the Company. I am not interested in WooCommerce as I am really happy with Wix & have been for years. Saying one thing "I want to help you David and I don't want your money" & then playing games with me & selling WooCommerce every day is not helping but, I see a hidden agenda for this. Woeful, mis - representation at its very worst. Never again will I trust a Company that puts themselves ahead of the customer.
Finally, I take a very dim view of Company's that make up thei own REVIEW & then make comments. I have never made a written complaint about a Company - but, amazing as it seems, Next Cart make up their own Customer Reviews - THIS IS BLATANT ABUSE OF THE TRUSTPILOT SYSTEM & GAINING AND UNFAIR ADVANTAGE
You don't have a record of the Migration from Jumpseller to Wix but you you did manage to charge me USD149 for it.
Your records show Jumpseller to Jumpseller Migration that is amazing - why would I want to Migrate my site to my site?

I'm sorry to hear that you had a bad experience! We have checked our system but could not find any migration order from Jumpseller to Wix with your name/email. Could you check again if the migration is performed outside of our service?
I have also discussed with our developers about the difference between Wix and WooCommerce, Wix is a drag-and-drop website builder while WooCommerce is an eCommerce plugin. Each software has its own pros and cons so we won't compare them here.

A Great Service with Expert Support
The team was responsive and communicative with me.
I was nervous about making a mistake or causing problems with the migration, but the team and Jason specifically helped me feel more confident that it would work just fine.
All went well. I had a bit of cleanup work to do with some duplicates, but considering the minimal effort I put into it upfront, it is an easy fix.
I would definitely recommend Next-Cart to anyone that is migrating a cart or for other WordPress assistance they may require.

The team and this tool are fantastic. They have migrated all my data from Shopify (customers, orders, products etc) with some custom changes to WooCommerce (earlier, to BigCommerce and Prestashop as well). I have an impression that there is no impossible task for them. The contact and support is very quick, even during holidays. They are awesome!
