Son unos ladrones, al entregar el coche limpio y perfecto me han dicho que tenía unos puntos en el limpiaparabrisas, a decir verdad los puntitos ni se ven, probablemente ya estaban el día que hice el alquiler de coche. Los puntos solo los ha visto el del alquiler del coche porque prácticamente ni se veían , estoy seguro que ya estaban de antes. Pero como no tenemos su seguro nos han cobrado 900 € por eso

Tutto ok. Ho prenotato la macchina per 4 giorni ad un prezzo bassissimo, sono venuti a prenderci all arrivo, anche se è vicinissimo l ufficio. Personale gentilissimo e molto competente ho fatto una assicurazione completa per i 4 giorni, poco più di 100 euro per 4 giorni. E per garanzia con carta di debito mi hanno trattenuto 100 euro che torneranno entro 30 gg. Alla consegna personale veramente cordiale ci hanno riaccompagnato all aeroporto .... veramente OK ... 10 E LOD3

Véhicule acheté soi disant remis à neuf et revisé, résultat en 1 an, disques/plaquettes de frein, batterie et courroie de distribution à changer, environ 800€ de frais supplémentaires sur une voiture dont le coût aurait dû justifier un véhicule réellement remis à neuf. Malheureusement ce n'était pas le cas, à fuir.

Magnifique garage j’ai rien à dire sur eux de particulier sauf qu’ils sont très reglo très sympa merci

If I could give Next Auto MINUS stars I totally would. I rented a car from them and they played the usual passive-aggressive intimidation game to get me to pay for the extra insurance which I didn't. When I brought back the car (after washing it and making sure it was as EMPTY as I got it as this is their other scam - to take advantage of the fact that people cannot take the fuel out of the tank to match the level it was when you got it). The agent managed to find the tiniest scratch on the front bumper for which I got charged 200 EUR. The car was brand new so I will not say the scratch was not there but it was the spot where a stone bounced off the paint so it was unavoidable damage and barely visible. They also CHARGED the 1200 EUR deposit on my card (instead of blocking it) and I am still disputing this with the bank.
Last but not least their rental contract is very basic and confusing and it does not mention anything about rental excess which makes it very difficult to claim the amount from your insurance company.
All in all DO NOT RENT from this company.

Après quelques jours les problèmes se sont enchaînés.
8000€ de réparations à prévoir après expertise.
Le kilométrage a été trafiqué, les entretiens annoncés sont faux, arbre de transmission à changé, courroie HS, le bon état du véhicule est mensongé!
Et M Hamon de répond plus, plus de nouvelle de Next Auto.
Fuyez, avant de finir comme moi devant les tribunaux face à un voleur.

Son ESTAFADORES. Cuando fuimos a retirar el coche, nos intentaron vender un seguro a todo riesgo con todo tipo de artimañas sucias y mentiras. No contratamos el seguro, y aqui es donde ellos se aprovechan del cliente: El coche lo estrenamos nosotros (era nuevo, recien salido del concecionario). Lo devolvi perfecto, tal como ellos me lo entregaron. Vi con mis propios ojos como el empleado de Surprice (un individuo muy desagradable, con cabeza de huevo), le dio un rayon muy muy pequeño debajo del parachoque delantero. Le realizo una marca de de 2mm. ... pequeña como para que no exista necesidad alguna de reparación, y visible para el como para hacernos pagar si o si un dinero por la repación de esa marca. Como saben que uno va con el tiempo justo y tiene que coger el avion, se aprovechan y te hacen perder el tiempo para acabar con tu paciencia y hacerte pagar si o si. El pago no lo descuentan de los 1200€ que te retienen ... te lo hacen pagar alli mismo con tarjeta de credito. Nos timaron 250€. Asi de sencillo. Los 3 clientes que devolvian el coche, a los tres nos hicieron lo mismo.

En resumen: Si ya se pago la reserva (el peor de los casos), y se cayo en la trampa de alquilarles el coche, recomiendo pagar el seguro que ofrecen de todo riesgo con el que devuelves el coche sucio y casi no controlan el coche, con cero problemas (son unos 210€ mesomenos el seguro). De lo contrario, siempre van a sacarte muchisimo mas dinero en la devolución por daños o desperfectos que ellos se inventan.

Si aun no reservaste nada con ellos, simplemente escapa de alli y no se te ocurra alquilarles ni un carrito de bebe. Son Estafadores, NO LO RECOMIENDO. Por mi parte estoy escribiendo a las plataformas online que los ofrecen / publicitan y a las agencias de viajes de España ... para que dejen de trabajar con ellos. No me cansare de repetirlo: ESTAFADORES, CUIDADO!

Personale disponibile ed educato, auto molto pulite, prezzi migliori su la piazza. Lo consiglio con tutta la mia fiducia io ormami tutte le volte che vado in Romania noleggio da l’oro.

am inchiriat in fiecare an , in perioada 1-30 septembrie, nu am avut niciodata nici o problema, de fiecare data mi-au returnat garantia (100€) fara probleme. eu ii recomand 100%. ce am citit prin aceste recenzii.... pare ireal. asa ca inca o data spun . 100% recomand

I recommend do not use this car rental company.
The off airport shuttle transfer took an hour with several phone calls, the paperwork then took another hour.
The specific drop off address was not provided; it was stressful to find the exact drop off location.
I was charged 300 euro for a scratch on the black plastic fender protector which probably was there before.
The agent was aware of the damage as went directly to that point. He then denied taking photos on the day of pick up; I watched him take the photos.
The end of rental carwash actual cost was 60 RON but I was charged 100 RON.
This is the worst car rental experience I have had.

I will recommend to keep the distance from this scammers . They charge my 400€ for a scratch under the car which probably was there before.

The agent was aware of the damage and gone direct to that point.

I recommend to highlight the business to you bank and the bank have the responsibility to claim and highlight this business as scammers after the investigation.

Be aware are running under multiple names , probably 4 and all in the same location.

Am închiriat pentru o călătorie la munte și am rămas incantata și de serviciile lor( Nu au o garanție foarte mare în comparație cu alte firme) și mașina are am luat-o a avut un consum mic și 0 probleme. Pentru următoare călătorie voi apela la aceeași firma și eu și familia mea. Felicitări pentru serviciile oferite și pentru transparența. ❤️

In first place, the agent who was taking care of my rent was trying to scare me with all kind of invented data (e.g. 95% of the cars come back with damages) in order to make me pay their insurance which is 3x higher than the price of the rent price. He didn’t present the former damage report of the care and asked me to asses the current damages. Even if i just kept the car for 3 days, most of the time in a private garage when i returned the car he immediately found a small scratch which could have easily been there before and charged me 300€. These kind of companies are purely abusive if you don’t buy their insurance

Even 1 star is too much, they deserve to be closed. On 30th of October I picked a car from Otopeni Brunch in the evening. The staff delivered the car was very brief in deliver the car, they did not present and give me copies of the contract that i signed, they did not present the car in light condition as was night outside. They deliver the car to you at night without a light with a mini flashlight, then they force you to deliver it professionally clean inside and out but they still always take something away. If you don't take the extra expensive insurance you are lost. He pushed me to take a separate insurance for £400 /week( absolut shambolic) , after they take me deposit of £1600, even I already have an insurance premium. On returning the car , somebody else came and inspect the car in very unprofessional manner, he did not said anything in front of me , just the car is full of chips , but he did not showed them to me. Many of them were dirt point , I wiped them myself , go to staff say are not chips , and he came and point to some other false chips , only one was there which was present before, but under 0.5mm. They become very very aggressive when I did not want to sign the paper for 500 Euro for 1x small chips on screen under 1mm , they address bad words to me in romanian language like ( futu-ti gura matii/ date-n mortii matii , iesi dracului de aici ) and many others in front of customers and in front of my small kid and my wife) . 3 members of staff they aggress me , pushed me, attack me, so I need to call emergency police to 112 to come and sort the issue. I did not receive a trip back to airport as per contract , so we need to call Uber in order to not loose the flight. I was about to fill complain for aggresing to police but i was on risk to loose flight so i did not do it, but I will continue complain s on insurance and Ryan Air as we are very disappointed with staff behaviour. They call 3 men, from car wash and rental office plus few other carwash guys to surround us and we were afraid to walk to airport as our safety was affected , kid was crying in front of offices because of that and is very traumatised , my wife same feel very bad after this experience. Not even on stone age something like this happened, absolutely horrified

AUTORENT PORTUGAL. ABUSIVO casi fraudulento. TIENES QUE PAGARLES ....PARA PODER PAGAR LOS PEAJES. Te ofrecen alquilar de un sistema electrónico de pago de peajes ( especie viaT) 1,9€/dia+ peajes. DESDE ESE MOMENTO QUEDAS DISCRIMINADO, NO ERES UN USUARIO NORMAL DE AUTOPISTAS. Me explico.
Lo rechazo porque no pensaba utilizarlo. Al final usé la autopista UN SOLO VIAJE 53km valor 5,3€
En Portugal hay 3 fórmulas de pago peajes a posteriori y sin penalizacion . Lo intenté. El problema es que AUTORENT no desconecta el sistema QUE NO HAS CONTRATADO y eso te impide utilizar esas fórmulas de pago. Vas a entregar el coche y te cobran el peaje 5,3€ NAS 25€ DE PENALIZACIÓN POR UN VIAJE
Es decir lo pagas o lo pagas. Trato discriminatorio respecto
a un conductor normal

This people charge costumers for alleged damages, problem is that damages are to small and to many to be noticed when you collect the car , and when you return the car they find small damages( they already know about hidden small damages like a chip and a small dent) they take advantage of this hidden damages to robbed clients.
They don't record previous damages like they should.

Don't recommend to use this company.👎
