Da evitare assolutamente; attirano i clienti con prezzi bassi e poi al momento del noleggio costringono a stipulare una polizza dai costi esorbitanti e se ci si rifiuta, consegnano auto vecchie e piene di graffi in fretta e furia senza dare il tempo di controllarle per bene; quando poi riconsegni l'auto addebitano cifre esorbitanti (minimo 300 euro) per piccolissimi graffi preesistenti di cui nessuno si accorgerebbe. Sono dei truffatori legalizzati.

I booked a small car from Exer via Discovercars.com. Exer doesn’t have an office in Bucharest, their franchisee is Nextauto which also represents Surprice and some other car rental companies.
I chose an option without full insurance. I had to sign the list of prices for breaks, dents and scratches independent of their size. I had also to sign the obligation to clean the car outside and inside just before the return. I preauthorized the excess 1000 Euro from my credit card.
The guy claimed the car was completely new and without any damage. Actually, the car was dirty which made it difficult to inspect. By close inspection I discovered three scratches smaller than 2 mm and a stain on the driver seat. I did not inspect the car underneath which probably was a mistake. The guy marked the four damages on the pick-up inspection sheet.
Upon the drop-off, the same guy claimed there was a new stain on the back seat (although nobody used it during the rent) and a new scratch on the bottom side of the front bumper (under the car). He took photos where none of the damages can be seen and wrote in the report that I will be charged 520 Euros. I refused to pay and he refused to give me the report as a proof of returning the car. After my attempt to call the police, he gave me a copy of the report but not the photos. He has charged 520 Euros from my credit card anyway.
This company attracts customers by the low base rent prices and then charges them for high additional insurance or for nonexistent new damages. Don’t believe you can discover all scratches and stains upon the pick-up. And if you do, the guy will claim there are new damages anyway and charge you for them.

Pessimi assolutamente pessimi. Ho prenotato e pagato con carta di credito per dipendente. Hanno accettato il pagamento, ma non mi hanno dato l'auto in quanto il guidatore non coincideva con chi aveva effettuato il pagamento. Inoltre, mentre altri rent car come Locauto danno due guidatori, loro ne ammettono uno solo. Risultato ho pagato e non mi hanno dato l'auto. EVITATE ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA COMPAGNIA

Classic scam. I did not take out their expensive insurance, but covered the excess with my own policy. I've done this many times before in lots of different countries.

I was told to inspect the car on pick up and fill in a blank damages form. No pre-exsiting damage was marked, despite obvious damage on the car. On dropping off the car, I was charged 350 euros for a faint scratch which the guy had to kneel and hold his nose to the car to see - no way I would have found it at pick-up. No rental agreement or check-in report was provided, so I'm unable to claim back off my insurance - currently chasing this up through my broker, VIPcars.com.

I had paid 25 euros for early drop-off (9.30am on a saturday), the guy was 10 minutes late arriving before he started his forensic inspection so arguing the toss with him would have meant missing my flight - he seemed well aware of this.

Also a 20 euros cleaning fee, I'm glad I didn't bother trying to clean their car as well because I would have inevitably ended up paying twice for it.

Stay away
They are Crooks and thieves
Their main business in not service and renting cars
But charging for overall full insurance
and if you don't buy it
They will search for all small scratches that you couldn't see during the pick up
there will be failures that they already know like plastics loosely attached with broken clips that will fail during the rental period
they will claim that the car is very very dirty and charge you for the cleaning
and they will charge hundreds of Euros for each failure

Am inchiriat o masina pentru doua sapt. atat anul acesta cat si anul trecut. A fost totul ok. Nu prea inteleg de ce altii au avut probleme ? Recomand aceasta firma

Am fost foarte multumit de masina recomandata de staff,chiar daca nu a fost o masina noua(consum mic,preț accesibil)și punctualitate la preluare

We hadden een auto gehuurd met volledige dekking. Dus alles prima gegaan. Communicatie via app en duidelijke afspraken kunnen maken. Kan me voorstellen dat wanneer je geen volledige dekking hebt de negatieve review kloppen. Netjes onze borg terug gekregen. 1 minpuntje wat ik niet gewend ben van huurauto's zijn de hoge kilometer stand. Onze auto had er 150.000km op zitten. Maar hij deed alles verder prima.

Des escrocs ! Cette entreprise de voyous s'appelle maintenant NEXT AUTO. Ne louez surtout pas ici. Aucun respect des clients. 30 minutes d'attente pour recevoir le véhicule. Une heure pour le retourner, c'est du jamais vu ! Ce ne sont pas des gens de parole, il nie nous avoir conseillé de venir une heure plus tôt pour restituer le véhicule, alors que nous avons appelés pour confirmer, menteur ! Véhicule de 150.000 km chaussé de pneus ayant largement dépassés la limite d'usure. Évidement lors de la réception la nuit vous ne le voyez pas. Au retour, 350 € de retenue pour des dommages sans doute pas vus lors de la livraison. Un très fort sentiment de s'être fait arnaquer. Passer par des pros à l'aéroport car ici mauvais service et arnaque garantie !

Absolutely abysmal experience. The cowboys working there try to push their excess insurance using intimidating practices then the small scratches and dents which have been already recorded on previous rental contracts are not automatically mentioned in the file of the car. So everything starts again with the customer who may not pick all of them up and they charge for the same dents over and over again. Avoid unless happy to pay for their insurance which doubles up the overall cost.

Ho noleggiato per due giorni una macchina con assicurazione casco e tutto il resto. L'ufficio di noleggio non è in aeroporto,ma vicino perdendo tempo quando si prende la macchina e quando si lascia devi essere accompagnato da uno di loro. Il serbatoio non è pieno,quindi non riesci a portarlo con la stessa quantità di combustibile,ho pagato extra 50 lei per il lavaggio,credo che la garanzia di 50 euro non li vedro più perche dicono che sono stati bloccati,ma in realta sono stati ritirati dal conto bancario.

Il preventivo personalizzato in base alle mie esigenze mi ha salvato! In tempi brevi sono riuscito ad avere tutto quello che volevo, grazie a tutti!

Son unos timadores. Me cobraron un recargo de 150€ por llegar tarde a la recogida cuando fueron ellos quienes llegaron tarde a recogernos al aeropuerto. Y Rentalcars detrás de ellos subcontratando a estas empresas y no haciéndose responsable de estos timos.

Ne rêvez pas !! vous ne verrez pas la golf toute neuve qui figure sur le site mais plutôt une vieille Skoda de plus de 140000 km avec les roulements HS et des pneus qui se dégonflent régulièrement Mais c'est catégorie identique vous dira t'on !!! il y a tellement de micro choc que l on laisse aller lors de l état des lieux et comme par hasard au retour le vendeur se sert de l'une d elle pour vous soutirer 250 euros de plus ( en plus il considère que c'est une grande rayure)
le plus grand voyou de toutes mes expérience de location auto..... vous êtes prévenu.

attention escroc sans scrupules
n'hésite pas à faire partir des clients avec des pneus usés et à inventer des fausses rayures pour récupérer une partie de la caution.
notre plus mauvaise expérience location de nos nombreux voyages.....
à éviter à tous prix....ne vous laissez pas abuser par le tarif de base proposé, il fait son bénéfice sur votre dépôt de garantie.

Alquilamos en Septiembre un coche con ellos. Todo bien, buena relación calidad precio y un trato profesional, con buena comunicación. Muy recomendable

Non ci siamo trovati bene. La persona all'accettazione, scorbutica al massimo, ci ha praticamente obbligati a fare la kasco con loro, pur avendo un'assicurazione kasco stipulata con un altra agenzia, dicendo che qualsiasi graffio avremmo dovuto pagarlo min 150 euro a fronte di una franchigia di 1200 euro. Era piuttosto minaccioso e ci ha fatto sospettare che si sarebbero inventati qualsiasi cosa pur di spillarci soldi al ritorno. Non appena abbiamo detto di accettare la kasco con loro è diventato improvvisamente affabile... hanno il chiaro atteggiamento truffaldino..ti fanno pagare anche il lavaggio dell'auto (10 euro se hai la kasco, altrimenti 20 euro!!!)
Unica cosa positiva, ci hanno dato una macchina nuova e non abbiamo avuto nessun problema. Ma in ogni caso non noleggerei piu da loro perche ci hanno fatto spendere soldi in più non previsti
