Order still didnt arrive 17 days later...
I ordered over 500ml of vape juice 17 days ago and they still have not arrived. It stated the package would arrive in 3-5 days when I ordered. I tried contacting support, still haven't received a response. No tracking number provided either. Avoid this place.

Hi,
Please could you email us with your order number then we can look into this for you. Your tracking should have been emailed from royal mail to you please check your junk folder.
With the postage being 3-5 working days i'm presuming this has been shipped to Ireland in this case it could be stuck at customs.
Update: This was indeed stuck and held at customs. We have spoke on email and now been fully refunded. Again sorry for any inconvenience.

Its called next day vapes.
Its called next day vapes.. and i had them after three days. Seems problems from dpd but they as company should sort that out. Some of package was damaged and again it might be dpd problems but hopefully this feedback will give them an idea how choosing delivery company can affect theirs customers experience. ( I know i could choose from two but royal mail in these days? 🤷) Thx for order anyway. Not sure if iam gonna order again

I'm very sorry to hear you haven't received your parcel yet.
Your order was dispached from us same day (24th) because of the royal mail strikes there is a delay with deliveries and will take longer to arrive, unfortunately this is out of our control and as frustrating for everyone.
