Quick delivery and great vapes

“Next Day” was DPD’d
I’m not sure you can use “Next Day” in your name if it’s DPD bringing the delivery. Took 2 days to get to me, despite the driver only being 15mins from me for at least the last 2-3 hours.
Product was great, but delivery was annoying.

Where's my delivery
Still waiting it says it will be delivered by Friday 7th of Oct 2022 and today's 8th of Oct 2022 still not here..
Paid the delivery charges and still waiting go yo amazon or ebay 2days it delivered and pay nothing to get it delivered

Thanks for your order.
As advised on the site Royal Mail are running a little slow at the moment with the strikes, this is causing some delays with delivery. This is unfortunately out of our control, our DPD Nextday service however are running as normal.
If this is still not with you by Friday please let us know then we can look into this further for you.

Website needs work but useable
I found this website because I was looking for a flavour I really love on Google . The website has great flavours and good deals. However, website needs major update. When your searching flavours i not checking 500 pages. Also I waited 3 days for my product to come, for a company called next day Vapes. Even after paying for next day delivery 1 or 2 days I can give you but 3 days is not good enough please pick a courier that and stick with you model of your business.

We will look into the issue you have had on the site. We have got a search bar at the top that should take you straight to any flavour you have searched for if in stock. We do have a DPD nextday service at checkout, i'm sorry if you missed this. Royal Mail are running a little slow at the moment with the strikes, this has been advised at checkout and unfortunately out of our control. DPD however are running as normal. Thanks for your order.

Paid for postage then had to email…
Paid for postage then had to email asking where my order was. They said at checkout I was told there was a delay on shipping of a week. If I had known this I wouldn't have ordered as needed

As explained we had a technical issue on the site which caused a delay with dispatching orders, we did notify of the delay with a large red banner on the checkout page explaining the issue and a dispatch date just above the delivery service choice at checkout. Again we are very sorry if you missed both these. As this was notified at the time of checkout we were unable to refund a delivery cost. We did give you the option to cancel your order. Your order was dispatched Wednesday morning for you.
Again we are very sorry about the inconvenience that was out of our control.
FALSE DELIVERY INFO
Paid 5.95 for next day delivery, 4 days later they still haven’t sent the package. Asked for a refund for the delivery charge and they refused. Will not be using again

Again we are very sorry if you missed both these. As this was notified at the time of checkout we were unable to refund a delivery cost. We did give you the option to cancel or we could offer you a free bottle of eliquid to ease the matter, as we didn't get a reply from you we went ahead and dispatched your order along with the free bottle. Your order was dispatched yesterday morning for you.
Again we are very sorry about the inconvenience that was out of our control.

After you initially contacted us about your issue where you chose the wrong delivery option which was clearly stated during checkout including dispatch date and delivery times we gave you the opportunity to cancel the order and you decided not to. In addition we got your parcel to you faster than expected (next day) and dpd attempted delivery for you on the day you wanted and the attempt failed as you were not there to accept the package. We have made every attempt to meet your expectations and more but you still decide that the service you received is not good!
