Ik vind het een topbedrijf met hele nette en aardige mensen. Mijn batch was niet heel sterk en dat kan gebeuren met truffels. het blijft een natuurproduct. Ik gaf het aan, maar ik hoefde er niks voor terug. Toch stonden zei erop om mij een voucher te geven. Of nieuwe truffels. Dat zegt meer dan genoeg over dit bedrijf. Toppers dus.

Er was iets misgegaan met mijn kit, maar ik ben heel netjes te woord gestaan en heb een nieuwe toegestuurd gekregen. Dus erg tevreden over de service!

Ordered 2 kits 2100cc

Followed all the steps, the equadorian kit Developed Trichoderma, i was full sterile when i watered it and closed it into the bag. 23.5 Celcius controlled temperature and indirect sunglight. On Day 10 Trich Developed,

They offered discount 50% for a new kit and i agreed, they did not reply me email, i sent them again, its been 4 days and i still have got no Reply.

Today i also noticed Trichoderma Growing on The Mckenaii Kit also. almost 100 euro thrown straight into the garbage can

Very dissapointed from their attitude, i dont recomend shopping from these guys, this was my second (the first time it was purchased by a friend and it was ok) and last time ordering something from these guys.

I ordered 7 kits, 6 cubensis and 1 copelandia. Coplelandia was totaly dried, shrunken, gray on the top. Customer service replied that is normal with their copelandia grow kits. But wee all know freshnes is imoprtant. This kit didnt produce.
Out of 6 cubensis, which all were grown at the same time under same conditions, 1 b+ and 1 golden teacher grew moderately ok. One mckenai grow more poorly than moderately and 3 golden teacher grew very poorly. Customer service is ok until there are problems and you have complaints. Some of their instructions and coments are ridicoulous and moustly goes towards your foult. There is no chance of anything wrong with the substrates even there were totaly different resoults with same genom grown at the same time in the same room with the same conditions. That is why there are no production dates on the grow kits. But this kind of attitude is a natural product as the customer service like to emphasize. Its only natural to trick and lie, its a game of the fittest. Asked for free kits with no answer. But its a usual thing when buying mushroom growkits. Its dificult to find a shop that is constant in good quality products.

I purchased two grow kits - Copelandia Hawaiian and Golden Teacher. The Copelandia Hawaiian grow kit contained different species (probably some cubes) and due to different growing requirements, it got infected. The Golden Teacher grew tiny green mold after 3 weeks despite me working in a clean environment and following the tutorial carefully. I removed the mold and after 4 weeks a first pin appeared, I don't expect fruitful harvesting though. The customer support was the worst experience I have ever had - no response for several days, no answering any of my questions, and no being able to advise any further steps, only blaming me for mistakes I haven't made. I don't recommend buying any grow kits from this seller.

Absolutely fantastic service. Speed of shipping is second to none. Products are of very high quality. Communication was so easy, friendly and will go out of their way to help. I highly recommend these guys.

I would honesty like to give this site 0 stars. They are criminals.....they take your money and then "cancel" your order. I've been trying for 3 months to get my $100 back . if you email they do not respond and if you are lucky enough to get someone on the phone you can't understand what they say. This site is FRAUD! He called them a scammer even though he was served. This ISN'T a scam website... It's a real shop that's open in Netherlands. They resolve all issues when approached/spoke to about.

SELECTIVE SCAMMER WATCH OUT they dont use stealth, and cant manage to ship things around Europe safely. Got a letter from customs and guess what they refunded me? NOTHING
I lost 250$ and got a letter from the custom because of these SCUMBAGS
