Ryan was very accommodating prior to the visit due to our completion being delayed by 7 days. Once Ryan was at our house he was very thorough and explained everything he was doing and the process afterwards. We would absolutely recommend his services 100%.

We recently used Ryan for a professional snagging inspection on our new-build home and couldn’t be happier with the service.

We had a great experience with Next Step Snagging by Ryan. Soon as we moved into our new built I was looking for companies that would do the snagging for us. Few of them never responded or their responses were delayed. Ryan was very prompt and efficient to provide all the information and even fitted our inspection the same week. He carried out the snagging inspection for our new build house and was extremely thorough and professional throughout. Ryan took the time to explain everything clearly, highlighted issues we would never have noticed ourselves, and provided a detailed report that was easy to understand. The service gave us real peace of mind before completion. We provided the list to our builder and they are working their way through every single item. At last minute I booked in Next Step Ryan - and so pleased I did- firstly the massive list at the end and photo evidence and time spent by Ryan and his eye for detail was exceptional - more importantly the urgent list including a water leak that had already damaged a kitchen cupboard inside .I had not noted- there were loft issues I did not even open the loft radiator not working water pressure taps loose front door canopy loose , missed sealed doors and damage to various to name a few - I would not of even had skills to know what to look for in a loft for example-The list has the priority bigger issues followed by others 200 plus My neighbour had their boiler connected wrong too so just shows and was my motivation in doing this.Ryan even told me I did not have legal certificates I should of had and still chasing one for my solar panels- Yes its expensive buying a new build and it is busy moving but honestly - give Ryan a call before you decide best thing I did - you can then decide what you think of your list that needs pushing back to builders -mine are now in progress

WHEN IT COMES TO SNAGGING HIS WORK IS ABOVE AND BEYOND
Ryan snagged our new build property on the 27th of December 2025. Booking through the snagging company website was very easy, he was also very accommodating to any changes in booking. Our snagging took almost a day, and it was worthwhile. Ryan provided a thorough breakdown of all the flaws, from cosmetic to complex, present in the build in the report and in person in a professional manner. His post completion checklist included subsidence, loft insulation, cold bridging, water ingress, thermal imaging and drone surveying. I had received the PDF report on the same day, it was easy to read with a good level of depth and photos. He was lovely to communicate with, and I hope to book him again to perform our de-snagging. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to snag their home as his expertise is exceptional.

Ryan is an absolute pro. He's done his job so thoroughly and promptly and communicated with us honestly throughout the entire process.

We were quite nervous going into our new build inspection, as you never really know what standard you are going to get with new builds.

Ryan did an exceptional job from start to finish. He was very communicative and happy to answer any questions we had, explaining everything clearly along the way. He was incredibly thorough and ended up spending eight hours at our house, which is far beyond what we expected.

Fantastic service provided by Ryan and would throughly recommend. Upon initial enquiry Ryan came back with a prompt, clear explanation of the types of survey that are offered and guidance on which to go for.

We were kept updated upon arrival on the day of the survey, a photo to check the house was correct before starting the survey and a message to say all done.

Ryan attended our property very promptly and was very thorough in his inspection. He was very polite and provided advice on urgent issues that needed attention. The report was received within 24 hours of the visit. Once the developer rectifies the issues we will be booking in again with Ryan for a further inspection. Used Ryan to carry out a snagging survey on our new build and found him to be very efficient and thorough. Ryan`s report was very clear with photographs illustrating the issues found and which trade would rectify them. His report was sent to us immediately on completion of the snagging survey. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan`s snagging services.

Ryan has done an amazing job with my snagging report. The report is very clear, with each issue detailed and supported by photos, making everything easy to understand.
