All the staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite. We were pleasantly surprised at how everything was dealt with extremely easily on line. Rude staff
We phoned in twice asking to contact the associate which handled our purchase last year (and still havenât send us back the documents) and the staff rudely cut off our line after we stated the name. Before that we also sent out multiple emails to ask for the documents

They never call you back
They never call you back, they are the worst. I require a form they never sent me, they said 2-6 weeks to get it to me. Itâs been 2 months still not got it. Iâve called them multiple times for the past 2 weeks and they say âIâll call you backâ and never do. This is the exact experience I had when buying and selling house with them. Do not use them.
