Great Experience

We had assigned Julie Smith to carry out what we thought was a conveyance that could not have been more simple. Our property was vacant, the buyer was mortgage approved with nothing to sell and there were no skeletons hiding on either side.
The buyers solicitors turned out to be about as much use as a handbrake on a canoe, asking questions that had already been answered, losing documents, dragging their heels and not replying to emails were just a few of their tactics. This infuriated both us and our buyer but in the end, Julie knew which buttons to push and the sale reached completion after some 16 weeks. The moral of this story is, do your research before engaging a solicitor for your conveyance, we wouldnât hesitate to recommend Julie at N.F.L.
