I recently completed a purchase with NHG and wanted to share how positive my experience has been throughout the process.

From the very beginning, the team was incredibly supportive, professional, and efficient. Priyesh, the Sales Executive, was instrumental in guiding me through the initial stages. He was always approachable, responsive, and took the time to clearly explain all steps of the process.

Steven, the Progression Executive, was equally impressive. He ensured everything moved forward smoothly and kept me regularly updated on progress. He was always quick to respond to queries and provided reassurance whenever needed.

I attended a viewing at Lampton Parkside with my Mum and had a really positive experience from the start. Before we actually viewed the apartment, we were warmly welcomed by Shreya, who was friendly and professional throughout. She gave us a clear and detailed explanation of the process and also showed us a 3D model of the building, which really helped us visualise the development.

Many people reading this will be first-time buyers like me, so I want to clarify that what I am writing about NHG is my genuine, honest experience.
I mostly interacted with Shreya and later on in the process Jack. Shreya knows everything about the properties - her knowledge is great and she's generally good on comms. There were a few occasions where responses felt slow but one would imagine she was dealing with a lot of clients. Shreya was attentive, accommodating and is the perfect ambassador for NHG. I'm grateful to her for facilitating this daunting process so smoothly. Jack is great - I've only spoken with him over the phone but he has strong people skills and warm energy. He also has a great sense of urgency and was mostly easy to get hold of.
Overall I had a great experience with NHG and would gladly go through this process again!

Issuing £100 fines for driving through a new build owned by this company. No signage mentioning this at all. If this is how they treat prospective buyers I’d steer well clear of them.

I would like to share a heartfelt review of my experience with NHG Properties, with special appreciation for John Vincent, who made the entire journey exceptional from the very beginning through to completion.

From our first interaction, John was incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely attentive. He consistently went above and beyond, particularly in helping to resolve the parking space issue we encountered during the reservation stage (initially handled by Samuel). No matter how many questions I had or how complex the situation became, John always took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently.

I would also like to recognise both John and Steven, whose honesty, knowledge, and positive attitude stood out throughout the process. Although we experienced long delays due to ongoing technical issues on site during the handover stage, they handled everything with great care and attention to detail. They kept us consistently updated and ensured we always felt that our case was a priority. Their approach made the overall experience smooth, well-managed, and as stress-free as possible under the circumstances.

This was my first time buying a property. I found the property at the last minute and Shreya was very friendly and approachable and went out of her way to accommodate me. She clearly explained the whole process to me. When the sale moved to the next stage, I was still able to get in touch with her for help and she would always put me in contact with the right person to help me out. She was very professional and made the whole process very smooth for me. I am grateful for her service - I could not have done it without her.

Working with Priyesh has been an absolute pleasure. They say that moving/buying homes is up there as one of the most stressful things to do but with help of Priyesh that hasn't been my reality.
