hi, I've been out of pocket since Jan since I bought a drone that wasn't up to much the company said not to worry as they would send maximum refund $60 but the refund hasn't turned up! I did accidentally sent£50 to them fearing the worst but it was fixed within a day so I don't get how they won't refund me

I bought a drone wasn't worth the money and was nothing like I'd ordered. they keep fobbing me off about my refund . don't buy anything from them

Bought a 65 inch LG OLED and returned it unopened with a return approval.
Item was shipped by Fedex and the tracking # showed that it was delivered and signed. This business has several names and they sell on amazon. Do not use them as they are dishonest and, apparently do not give a whoot about their reputation...

Good service! Now using Canon Speedlite from their store. The price was good enough and I'm literarry going crazy from the shots I make with it.

I duly recommend this company. Made an order for a samsung LED tv and to be honest my expectations were not high because of the mixed reviews online, but they really did come through and i got my tv in Godspeed time. This is my number one electronics store now

Nice Electronics and in particular Nick and Victor have been fantastic. My TV was delivered in great condition and on time as promised. Customer service was excellent and all my questions were answered promptly. I was skeptical about them due to mixed online reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised but the level of professionalism and good service.
I highly recommend them for your electronics needs. Will definitely re-order from them again.

I dealt with Nick he gave me the best price on my new Tv . After I received Tv he assisted me in calibrating my Tv . I called other stores and they were rude and were to busy to talk to me and answer my questions. Nick at Ext 102 my sales guy spent 15 minutes with me answering all my questions. I appreciate the good service.

I tried to purchase a 65'' LED TV, it said it was in stock and ready to ship so I believed that I would have it in around 10 business days.

I received an automated email 10 days later that said it should have been delivered, it wasn't. So I waited the suggested 24-48 hours and then contacted them.

I was told that they were getting a shipment in the next Monday and that I should have my TV 10 days later. That didn't happen either.

I called again after the 10 days were up and they said they would get back to me, they didn't. I called 2 days after that and left a message with a 'manager', I also emailed sales & said manager and did not get a response.

I am now trying to cancel my order with NiceElectronics and will not use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

Ordered JVC 4K projector at far superior price compared to others and it arrived timely and works great. Thank you for the great service and value.

Spoke with a rep, clarified a few issues i had in ordering, and I'll be getting a Samsung 8550 withing a couple of weeks. He was knowledgeable and show me (texted picture) not only the tv he was going to ship but reviews and technical information on Cnet website in regards of Samsung tv panels. I look forward to receiving it. So far a great experience.

Purchased a USA brand new OLED for a steal. Representative was very helpful and arranged white glove delivery 2 days from now and threw in some free hdmi cables. So far everything has surpassed my expectations. I was a little concerned about a bait and switch (model listed for lower price is SAC) however their site language actually shows it so it was my mistake.

My experience is excellent. After I placed order, want to check with customer care person about my order. And he advised and upgraded model which is really great. He offered me good deal on the TV. And they shipped immediately. I am surprised the speedy process. Really great.
I am excited to receive the TV in few days and enjoy the TV.

Ordered a 65” Samsung 4k TV for a very reasonable price given that it was USA model with original Samsung panel. Ran into some issues with shipping, but emailed the company and got everything worked out. I admit I was skeptical at first, but these guys are very pleasant, and they will get you where you need to be if you let them.

Alfred Green took care of my order. He was helpful, I received a great price on the camera and received it when I was supposed to. There was a missing item that was promised. I was a little concerned so I called, was immediately connected to Alfred and he handled the problem with no reservations whatsoever. I am very pleased with his service and would order from him again! He even threw in a little something extra, which made me very happy!

Customer service was incredible, after some initial shipping mixups. (NAME) was a great help, and I would absolutely recommend this company.

Just received my 4K UHD Samsung when I noticed Best Buy had a big weekend Super Bowl sale on the same tv for less than I had paid. I called Nice Electronics customer service and they immediately credited the difference to match Best Buy. Wow, needless to say, I will definitely buy from Nice Electronics again.
