I had a little bit of a bumpy road at first with Nice Electronics but then I got (name) on the Phone and he fixed everything. He is a super nice guy and really seems to care about his customers. I think it is really top notch of them to call and try to resolve my issues.

Best prices and great service

I ordered a LG Electronics 60LB7100 through NiceElectronics website on Cyber Monday. After having an issue with stockage, Alfred (a manager) got in contact with me and wanted to make it right. He worked with me to come up with a solution that met my needs without any additional costs.

I am still waiting for my product, but I am much more convinced that this company wants to do the right thing.

Once I actually receive the product, I will edit this review (again) with my final thoughts on the transaction.

For now, I am giving them 5/5 due to the personal intervention of the manager.

I bought the wrong Samsung 55 inch curved TV on Black Friday. In a panic I called Nice Electronics left a voicemail and sent them an email to try to get the order corrected.

They are not open on Sunday but they called me anyway! I learned more in 10 minutes with (NAME) from Nice Electronics that I did in an hour at Best Buy!

I stayed away from (external reference) Abes and Maine because of the bad reviews I read online.

(NAME) was able to explain to me what I was looking at online and how I could buy the right thing! Nice Electronics was not the cheapest quote online but definitely worth the experience!


I am looking forward to the white glove experience when my Samsung curve TV 9000 is delivered.

Just got my new 75" HU8550 yesterday and I was more than satisfied with my experience. I spoke to (NAME) on the phone and he was really friendly and helpful in explaining to me the differences between models before I made the purchase. I'd definitely recommend calling if you have any concerns about what you're buying.

Since I'm located in NY, I was actually able to pick up my item directly from the warehouse. Honestly, the experience was great. (NAME) personally greeted me at the door, walked me to my TV and set it up to make sure everything worked properly before taking it home. He even helped load it into my car.

Overall, I had a great experience and ended up with exactly what I wanted at a significantly discounted price. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

(NAME) worked with us a couple times on our orders and we plan to order again from Nice Electronics in the future. Definitely recommended.

After my initial review my order was cancelled as requested. Then [name] from Nice Electronics called me and apologized for the issues I had experienced. He was clear that he wanted to make things right and ended up sending me a couple camera accessories for free. This really improved my opinion of Nice Electronics.

"I read a bunch of negative review about Nice Electronics but figured I would give them a try. I ordered a Canon camera on September 12, 2014. It looked like a fantastic price. A week or so later I get a call from a representative who tells me that the camera is an international/overseas version (I expected this from other reviews) even though there was NO mention of this in their product description online (I double checked). He then gave me mis information about videos not working in the U.S. because of format differences, PAL etc. That is simply not a true thing for recording digital video. Fortunately I was prepared for this song and dance and told him to go ahead and just place the order anyway. Now it is October 10 and my order still lists as in the drop-ship queue. I called a couple days ago to cancel, got disconnected when trying to reach customer service, called back and selected sales, and talked with a guy on his cell phone in traffic. No joke. He told me to send an email asking to cancel the order, which I did. I still have not heard back. This place is a bad joke and is not worth your time."

Recently purchased a 64" Samsung Plasma F8500. A top end plasma tv, that has won several awards, but is sadly being phased out by Samsung. Luckily Nice Electronics had several in stock, and I had the pleasure to work with (NAME) who provided great information about the set, offered amazing pricing, and followed through with the order. He also offered a wall mount and additional insurance, to which I went for the wall mount since I will be mounting the set. I declined the insurance however. I appreciate (NAME) service mentality as he was looking out for my needs and wants, and not just to make a sale. He was responsive to my questions and emails before the sale, and followed up with me to make sure the order went through. Cheers to (NAME) and Nice Electronics for providing great service and amazing pricing!
