Annika looked after us so well. I highly recommend using her business. Annikas attention to detail from first contact to post holiday communication has been excellent. She organised everything so we could relax & enjoy the holiday. The App was very good & useful to have everything in one place. Her care, professionalism & dedication is what makes her business one to use again & again.

Until 2024 we have always organised our own trips & travelled independently, then we were introduced to Nickson Travel. Why did we not use her services earlier? We will never again independently organise our travel plans. Annika is so passionate, knowledgeable and professional when she is organising our trips, makes life so much easier. Annika keeps you updated to any changes and is always swift to reply if we contact her. We get great advice on how to enhance the trip, all check ins and other paperwork is sorted by her with no fuss. The free “my trip” app is great to keep us updated, documents kept in one place and easy to use.
We are recommending her to all our friends. Give her a call and find out for yourselves how brilliant she is.

Annika has organised many holidays for us over the years, and she has been absolutely fantastic every time! She has arranged trips for both me and my partner, as well as larger family group trips, and each one has been amazing. From relaxing beach holidays to city breaks, she always does an excellent job.

Annika is incredibly organised, efficient, and always quick to respond. She ensures everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Annika takes care of all the details, including check-ins, paperwork, and admin, which makes a huge difference and removes any stress from the experience.

The free Trip Plans app was also extremely useful, keeping all our important holiday documents and information in one place. It was easy to use and made it so convenient to access while away.

Overall, we’ve always had very positive experiences with Annika and would highly recommend. Thank you Annika!

Annika has been unbelievable in arranging great holidays for us and our families for a number of years covering locations all around the world.

Her attention to detail, unbelievable promptness of response and suggestions to improve the holiday experience or offering options for consideration are all great in making the holiday booking experience as smooth as possible.

The free Trip Plan App she provides is very useful in helping keep track of all your key holiday information and documentation.

Checking you in online, printing off the flight tickets and a pre holiday check in call a few days before the holiday is also much appreciated and ensures a smooth stress free and enjoyable holiday.

Also on the odd occasion if there are any issues and problems while on holiday, such as when we had a 24 hour flight delay in Singapore last year, Annika is there to help promptly deal with and resolve the issue.

All in all we cannot recommend Annika highly enough for all she has done for us in making all our holidays so enjoyable, relaxed and memorable.

We can’t recommend Nickson Travel enough. We’ve just booked our second holiday with Annika, the whole process has been seamless and stress free. Annika is knowledgeable and patient and was always on hand to answer all of our questions promptly. Our trip was a little niche and considering my elderly grandma with reduced mobility is travelling with us, Annika has done everything to ensure we will all be comfortable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her personal yet professional service.

Planning was excellent and organised brilliantly, we recieved our itinerary and it was perfect, Annika was constantly in contact and always available for any questions we needed answered and also went above and beyond to provide us with our perfect holiday experience, we travelled Vietnam Cambodia and Thailand a lot of planning went into it and it was perfect ❤️

Look no further you won't find a better agent than Annika. We gave a list of what we'd ideally like from our holiday. An adults only peaceful retreat in walking distance if Lindos town. She took all the stress out of planning a holiday and delivered something that completely met the brief, in fact totally exceeded expectations. The small tranquil hotel was a dream and exactly what we needed. We wouldn't use anyone else.

The experience with Nickson Travel was exceptional from start to finish. Annika took on board my very specific holiday requirements and came back incredibly quickly with fantastic options. She was so patient and committed to finding exactly what we were looking for. I usually organise all our holidays myself but Annika has made it so simple and straightforward there’s no going back now! I can’t recommend Nickson Travel enough.

Annika organised our trip of a lifetime to Antarctica and I can’t rate her highly enough. Her experience and advice in choosing who to go with was invaluable. She thought of absolutely everything, updated our schedule constantly and was on top of it when the weather meant a change in arrangements. We will definitely ask her to help with our next big trip.

From start to finish in the process Annika was fantastic. Very personal experience, knowledgeable and helped create such a fantastic trip. We went to Malta! The hotel was amazing, my boys loved it. The trip was designed around what we wanted. We had pre booked trips and list of attractions we could still do. Absolutely would recommend Nickson Travel. Annika booked us a luxury trip to Oslo and Bergen. Annika took note of all our requirements in great detail and came up with suggestions as to how to improve and celebrate our trip. She was all over the detail and responded to our requests professionally and most importantly fast. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Trip was a huge success.

From start to finish Annika made planning, booking - and doing - our trip of a lifetime to Antarctica the most enjoyable, smooth running, and enjoyable process imaginable. Annika arranged a holiday for me to Barbados. The holiday was excellently planned and Annika was there for us every step of the way. She found us different options of places to go, all bespoke to what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend Annika if you’re looking for a stress free holiday experience where you feel there’s someone really looking out for you!

For my 60th birthday Annika helped organise an epic and complicated trip to Australia and Thailand. It involved 9 separate flights, and wonderful locations: meeting up with tours and family members.

My flight from Perth to Sydney, which was going to link me up with my daughters to fly up to the Whitsundays, was late at night and ended up being turned back to Perth because of an unruly passenger, only landing when the airport was closing up for the night, with no staff on the ground to help.

All the other passengers were frantically on their phones trying to rebook flights to Sydney the next day. But I was able to call Annika (luckily it was daytime in the UK!) and she sorted it all for me without me having to stress about anything. She got me on a flight the next day and made sure I had an onward connection to the Whitsundays (only a day late), so I could sit down and have a coffee whilst everyone else was panicking.

Worth her weight in gold!

We had a great experience booking our family holiday to the Netherlands with Annika at Nickson Travel. From the start, she really understood what we were looking for and put together a trip that suited us perfectly.

The planning was thoughtful and well organised, and everything ran smoothly. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and we always felt well informed at every stage of the process.
