Brilliant job

We found the whole experience very good.Efficent office staff,delivery was on time and the 2 employees who actually installed the frame were very knowledgeable,efficient and friendly.Overall a very positive experience and would definitely use again.

Items supplied were as described. They are of good quality but the cheaper baby bucket seat is quite flimsy. It was difficult to erect so I would recommend paying for the service. Goods were delivered on time and the delivery men were very polite.

Excellent quality. My kids love their slide and swing set. A little bit tricky to put together so I would recommend the professionals do it.

Great team of installers, quick and tidy

The staff installing the frame were super friendly and helpful however I found the swing rope very skinny and the kids can’t use the swing and button swing simultaneously as they swing into each other. Otherwise the frame itself is excellent quality and the climbing wall and slide are great quality. Just the two swings are very disappointing.

1st of January and still sitting with an unfinished climbing frame due to missing parts. 2 very disappointed kids that santa messed up, I have emailed, I have rang and left voicemails and I have direct messaged with no response yet they are able to advertise sale items on Facebook so angry!!

The “table” and parts were delivered as loose planks of wood without pre-drilled screw guide holes. There was no inventory, which was important as some of the screws were rolling loose in the delivery truck. There were no written instructions. I asked the delivery man about this but, in his extremely limited English, he imparted that I should look on the Internet.
After tortured attempts to get this sorted out, the supplier agreed to have someone come out and drill the guide holes which, it was conceded, should have been done before delivery. That didn’t happen. Instead, two workers did a pantomime performance of how to do the assembly. It was done in such a perfunctory manner as to be of no assistance and, frankly, was ludicrous.
After more fraught exchanges, two workmen acknowledged the problem and assembled the table and did so in good grace. I have noted the steps that they had to take that wouldn’t have occurred to me as a layman.

Fabulous climbing frame, which will give the children endless days of fun 😀 we opted for self installation and unless you have an experienced fitter, then it would likely be worth paying to have them install it.

Good product, quick delivery

The guys that came to build the climbing frame were great.

Delivery was a little delayed due to the various problems COVID brought to us all but they were quick to respond to queries on delivery dates and delivered on the revised delivery day. The climbing frame itself is great, though perhaps the instructions could do with a little refining! The kids love it which is the main thing :-)

I ordered a pizza oven. It arrived as ordered with plenty of emails in the meantime to keep me informed. It’s perfect thanks

It’s ok. A pricey £750… there is a split in the main ladder now at the top. Such a shame but the littlies are still using it for now, we are monitoring as it’s not all the way through.

It was also beyond a nightmare to build. My husband (an engineer) and I (who managed our house build) really struggled with not only where things went but the physical strength required to put it together. You’ll need a few people to hell really.
