Good stuff and prices. Could be faster delivered (but i placed order in Christmas time what could affect it)

Alt fungerede super godt. Stort udvalg, fantastiske priser. Har savnet informationer ift til levering, de bruger DHL som fungerer helt perfekt.

Alt i alt handler jeg her fremover og vil kraftig anbefale andre at bruge Nicotinos til køb af snus.

Super fine produkter og pakken blev leveret som lovet. Man får opdateringer hele vejen. I kan roligt bestille jeres snus herfra.

Обманывают клиентов говоря что доставка в течении одной недели, хотя по факту доставка 2-3 недели без возможности отследить заказ! Очевидно что 5 * здесь ставят боты

I chose this company because they advertised fast shipping and I placed an order Sunday night; the delivery time said 2-5 working days. It is now Friday, the end of the fifth working day, and the tracking information STILL shows my package at the point of origin, where it has been since Monday. The customer service is friendly, but ineffective, and I understand their shipping company may be experiencing problems, but perhaps they should consider using a different one if things like this continue to happen. Extremely frustrating.

Var lidt skeptisk over folk brokkede sig over levering, men bestilte mit en lørdag aften, og modtog det tirsdag kl 12:15.

Intet negativt og sige - måske sender de ikke et ligegyldigt stykke slik med som andre, men ægte er priserne i bund + leveringen var total i orden (bestilte også til døren, selvom jeg havde gratis levering)
Men ærligt en af de bedste oplevelser jeg har haft med at bestille snus. Intet kritisk

Fullständig katastrof. Trevlig personal som gjorde vad de kunde, men har man en underleverantör som DHL hjälper inte det.

SLOWEST DELIVERY, EVEN THOUGH THEY CHARGE YOU EXTRA FOR 24 HOURS DELIVERY, Count on minimum a week!!! At the beginning it was okay, I used to put an order and receive my snus next day or maximum in 2 days. But not anymore. Even though you pay extra. The only reason I had to order again from this website was that the one brand I liked and they have it. But not anymore! They never replying the emails so forget any support!!! If at the beginning I didn’t have an okay experience with them, now I would def say they’re scammers.

I used to recommend Nicotinos to everyone and spent over 500€ with this business and now the service simply crossed the line.
Their operations used to be very good, for us located in Germany we used to realibly get the products on time, however in the past 4 months shit hit the fan and the delivery that advertised as 24h turned into 5 days. This time around ended up paying for an express delivery to Spain (claimed 24h) - posted by DHL Express allegedly, ordered the 23rd of Oct. Tracking received the same day which out me at ease, now it is the 27th and no movement on the tracking.

The support used to be good but now i have not heard form the representatives for a long time in response to my messages.

I do not recommend Nicotinos anymore because of their operations.
