I had an issue with my shipping, as it wasn't sent as expected.
However, customer service found an issue with my order, and compensated me by returning the full shipping fee.

2) if you reach out to the support branch they will respond faster than the amount of time it took you to write your email
3) constant deals, discount codes, and promotions going on(+ the bundle prices are great!)

All business' have inevitable problems and everything doesn't always go to plan- it's just the way it works. Someone misreads a number, an address, a time, whatever it might be, it's just normal.

I ordered from nicotinos for the second time now and everything was going according to plan until delivery. Turns out, DHL had mixed up how the package was meant to be delivered and couldn't get it to me on time due to having the wrong address at no fault but their own. I reached out to nicotinos.com support(footway) and Paula and Elias were MORE THAN HELPFUL!! It was a simple mistake on DHL's behalf however the nico.com crew was more than happy to help me even though it wasn't their fault. They instantly got on the phone with DHL and rerouted the package to the correct delivery location, gave me a sizeable discount, got the package delivered the VERY NEXT DAY, and made a frustrated customer happy. All within a few hours of emailing back and forth. I couldn't believe it and I couldn't ask for more. 10/10.

Honestly after ordering from here I owe so many apologies to a lot of other online stores. I thought that being late one day is bad, nope. They do not provide estimate of the delivery so sure they advertise "Pack and ship today!" oh boy it will not arrive fast. I ordered mine on August 13th. After nearly a week I contacted DHL as it was not moving at all, their response was? It will be in your hands in 5-8 business days (From August 18th) so theoretically the shipping is if I ordered on 13th I get it on 26th or 28th. I could order from Aliexpress faster than this. Now the funny part, customer support told me "Yes — that's correct. Your shipment is on its way to you from Poland with DHL. Thank you for your understanding and patience!".
As if this is normal for them.
I asked about a cancellation, they told me that they can't cancel it, I need to get the courrier to me, refuse the parcel, it will send it back to them and then I'll get my money back so what? Like September 14th? Absolutely a scam, worst e-commerce site that I've ever order from.

After doubting a lot and not trusting the reviews, I've ordered with paypal to, in case, have the buyers protection.
The order arrived super fast, the snus is made on May and well conserved.
