My partners front tooth snapped
My partners front tooth snapped. As we were going on holiday in a week, we tried to get into our own dentist but couldn't.
We contacted the emergency dentist and were given an appointment,
The tooth was snapped quite low down and we were given a repair which we knew wouldnt last forever but would hopefully see us through the holiday until something more permanent could be arranged.
£500 for it to last 5 days - The dentist said we could go back down but we are going to see another dentist as we cant afford for it to drop out again.
I messaged the dentist to say how disappointed I was but not even a response...... easy money hey!

Had an emergency appointment with night and day dentist on Friday although my nerves got the better of me I cannot thank Ahmed and Heba enough for their patience, understanding, clean explanations and support with my procedure, I felt so cared for and listened to, truly amazing people and they are amazing at what they do

Wisdom tooth removal
opted in for a wisdom tooth removal which i was in a lot of pain, had a consultation and was quoted £895 for removal, compared to other places this was by far the most expensive, i agreed, Apparantly paying for treatments bwfore having it is notmal now at a dental practice, dr Kamal was the dentist i seen first, who tried removing the tooth for over 4 hours and was still unsuccesful after tearing my gum and jaw which ended up needed stiching the gum, i was left in pain and didnt sleep the whole night, i didn’t sleep the night before either,i was expected to come back 12 hours later to get it removed so 6 hours in total i tried to resolve this with a complaint but was turned away and was told thanks for the feedback by a member of staff called arzo, completely unprofessional and aftercare is just as bad, been over a month and i only just received a email back , is it that much of a ask for you to acknowledge you were at fault and try resolve this, this isn’t how a practice should run I spoke with hamza who said he will help to get this resolved clearly not stay away, both times my shirt was covered in blood and also my car seat too, i still have jaw pain, i gave the practice a chance and was fair with them to resolve this but they're not cope-rated at all as if they aren't bothered which i dont think they are, sending patients home like this isn't a professional way at all i was asked to sign a paper after being sedated with 6 to 7 injections if this isnt a big red flag i dont know what is

We understand that undergoing a wisdom tooth extraction can be an anxious experience, particularly when you are already in significant pain, and we're sorry that your experience did not meet the standard of care we strive to provide.
Complex wisdom tooth extractions can occasionally be more challenging than initially anticipated, and despite every effort, it is sometimes necessary to stop treatment to allow for a respite during a complex procedure. We appreciate that this can be frustrating and upsetting, especially when you are experiencing discomfort.
We are also sorry to learn that you feel your concerns were not acknowledged appropriately and that our communication following your treatment did not meet your expectations. We take all patient feedback seriously, and it is never our intention for anyone to feel unheard or unsupported.

I had severe toothache in my wisdom…
I had severe toothache in my wisdom tooth and my own dentist booked me in to have the tooth removed over a week later.
I couldn’t bear the pain anymore so called night &day and they got me In within 3 hours!
I have always been super nervous due to previous trauma but they were exceptional from start to finish!
They really took the time to listen and support me and not rush me!
The dentist that looked after me generally cared, and clearly takes pride in his job!
I couldnt recommend them enough!!

After care is tully awful
After care is truly awful. I had many extractions and all my mouth got infected the gave me antibiotics and I couldn't take them i was burning up vomiting and im very unwell also suffer the my mental health and other conditions . I phoned numerous times and the reception wasn't very nice to me kept saying someone would ring me and he's had patients all day. I was violently ill. Noone rung me ive had to phone nhs emergency dentist and been seen by them and given antibiotics. Still noone has rung me and im very ill.

Since this reveiw your team stopped replying to my emails . Whenni genuinely thought they were investigating.
I truly have been very ill and to hell and back even a&e with yous not being there for me when needed. I still have stitches and no form of help from your clinic. I still have stitches and need my clinical notes for the stitches and things as your office said they would no longer answer my emails. It's been I nightmare . That email you have giving me is not working.

I booked my appointment as I was…
I booked my appointment as I was suffering with really bad wisdom tooth pain. Within an hour of booking I was being observed and advised on my options. The dentist was really thorough in his explanations about what was going on. I went with the extraction option, within 15 minutes I was prepped and my tooth was extracted. I was anxious about if it would be painful but it was really fast and painless. Couldn’t recommend enough! Thanks again!!
