Would avoid this seller, I bought some Hermes sandals and they sent me an empty box , and when contacting them and eBay they asked me to return them for a full refund, once sent, even provided me with a return label but once sent they refused my refund and eBay closed my account down,
EBay always sides with seller as they get the commission,
I am now taking this matter to the small claims court,, to get what I am owed , day light robbery and it seems I’m not the only one.

Just to say thank you so much to Nikki Bradford for the lovely Bottega Veneta bag and purse and the fantastic condition they are in. I have been searching for quite some time for my beloved Bottega only to find most things seem to be expensive and in pretty poor condition.
Thanks also to the team for great customer service and I would happily recommend them for reliability and quality. Many thanks and I hope to be buying again soon!

Nikki Bradford is my absolute favorite online place to shop for myself and my daughter. Every day I am wearing at least one item from Nikki and some days I am layered in pieces from her shop, or dressed head to toe in her gorgeous pieces. My daughter is 10 years old and she has been dressed in designer clothes from Nikki from her birth til today...literally. We check her listings every day to see what is new and place orders to be shipped to us in New York. If I need a piece quickly she has sent me things through DHL that I swear arrive faster than Amazon prime. My husband even knows when I have something new a fabulous on that it's from "my lady in London" as he calls her. Her pieces are pristine and always authentic of course. I rarely ever shop full price stores now because I know I can get something even better from Nikki at a better value. When packing for a trip almost every piece I take is from her. When I go to a party you can bet the dress I'm wearing is from her! I thank her all the time now over the 10 plus years I have shopped with her but I could never thank her enough for her to know how much I appreciate her! Nikki I LOVE you!!!!

1. I had a very disappointing experience with this seller. Despite the listing stating that delivery and returns were free, I was charged £15 for delivery. When I received the item, it was in poor condition—one had visible stains on the inner armpit area, and the other had a hole in the side seam.

I requested a partial refund, but my request was rejected, and I was told I would need to return the items for a full refund. I then had to pay an additional £10.50 for return postage. It’s been two days since the return, and I’ve received no communication from the seller, nor have I been refunded.

The lack of response and failure to honor the terms stated in the listing is incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this seller based on my experience.

I recently purchased a Chanel skirt suit from a seller, and although the pictures in the listing appeared to show the item in very good condition, when I received it, I noticed significant damage. There are numerous pulls in the fabric, particularly at the bottom of the skirt, and they become more apparent when trying the skirt on. The fabric appears to be quite damaged, and I’m concerned that the item may not even be genuine.

I contacted the seller to request a return and refund, asking for return postage, but the seller has refused and has not accurately described the condition of the item. It feels like I’ve been misled, and now the seller is threatening me, stating that the item must be returned in the same condition it was sent and implying I might lose my money if they claim the item was in good condition when they shipped it.

This situation feels like the seller is attempting to scam me by hiding the flaws of the item and blaming me for the condition. I’m frustrated by the lack of honesty and the seller’s refusal to take responsibility for their inaccurate description of the item.

Found a dress I had been on the look out for a long time. It was in fabulous condition and arrived promptly.

Bought cardigan of vestsire still not posted and is for Xmas ignored all contact

I would recommend this company to everyone.
I asked lots of questions before purchasing and they were answered quickly.
My item, a ring, is in beautiful condition and was delivered very quickly.
I shall be buying from this company again.

Great company, with really genuine value for money prices on preloved designer items. As someone whose designer wardrobe style wants to stick in the mid-2010s, I'm so grateful for Nikki Bradford!

I ordered two dresses on Wednesday night and they were here on Friday morning by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Brilliant!

The dresses were described accurately and a BIG thank you for including not just the size on the label but also the measurements. This is really helpful when ordering preloved.

I felt confident using NB for these dresses because they offer returns. Other preloved sellers don't often offer returns, and the only things I will then buy are things I know will work for me (e.g. handbags / scarves / things that aren't size based!).

The only thing that would be helpful is including the height of the model who wears some of the clothing on the website. I find it easier to work out where a dress will sit on me, when I know how it sits on someone else. That said, they do include the dress length measurements, so it wasn't a deal breaker for me.

My advice to future clients... measure yourself, rather than relying on the sizing labels of brands (even brands you think you know your size in, as some of these older pieces used different sizings).
