Was really concerned the the insulin cooler travel case wouldn't stay cool enough (2 to 8 degrees celsius), but after 19 hours my meds where still in the range.

You are South African company, selling in SA Rands, delivering to a SA home address. Your SA customer can assume your company are paying SA import duty and Vat, and order and pay online on that basis. After making payment I was asked to supply my ID and Income Tax No.... obviously required to customs clear the goods into SA, and obviously the purchaser will be made to pay the duty and Vat to clear the goods. After twice quering this, I received two meaningless replies from your customer care dept. Your online offer is deceptive. I wished to cancel the order and requested a full refund, upon which I was told I could have a TEN PERCENT refund ( how insulting is that) or a 30% discount voucher... which I chose as the lesser of two evils. The product has been delivered to my door without further interaction.... albeit it with the wrong power cord plug.
