Fast delivery and the only shop that sells some product in my region

Absolutely great will buy from them again

The way they write their webpage, you'd think they're an Australian company with an Australian warehouse. They're not; their deliveries are from overseas with exceptionally long delivery times. We ordered over $400 worth of product only to find that Customs held it up, and DAI Post claimed that customs wanted an extra $180 to inspect it. We requested a full refund, which Ninelife agreed to but failed to provide. Now we're going through the bank to get our money back.

Don't trust them; I beleive they are a dropship backyard business that has no hesitation to lie. Why call yourself Ninelife Australia if you don't have an AU warehouse?

After they were contacted by the bank on my behalf, money was then deposited into my account with confirmation from them with a receipt number. So it does appear to me they weren't going to refund as they claimed they would until I contacted the bank.
The only thing they were good at was communication.

I made a few inquiries and received prompt helpful responses.

The mark of a good company is how they react when something goes wrong. A courier damaged my parcel, and NineLife could not have done more to resolve the issue, even though not their fault. They were responsive, efficient and courteous. I would have no hesitation in using them again.
